Baldwin Pizza — Restaurant in Waterbury

Ordered from Fratelli's for a 60th birthday party. Food was delicious and got many complements on it all around.

Beware- the Eggplant Rollatini has MEAT in it.

This was not communicated to me when ordering (nor does it say that it contains any meat on the online menu) so one of our vegetarian guests accidentally ate the meat and the other vegetarian guest could not eat the eggplant rollatini that I had specially ordered for her.

Was very disappointed about this and when I called to discuss the meat in this dish (which I thought was a mistake), the person at Fratelli's was very defensive. When I suggested to add a "this contains meat" next to the Eggplant Rollatini listed on the menu, or to add a "V" next to vegetarian options for clarification, my suggestions were dismissed. In the end there was no resolution other than for me to tell this person that we were getting nowhere and to just end the call.

I called at 1 p.m. on a Friday I could barely understand the person who answered the phone I wanted a meatball and cheese grinder he said 10 minutes I waited 15 and then I went in and he was just starting to put my sandwich together there was no one else there and there were no orders ahead of me. He was listening to something on his phone & it took another 30 minutes for him to complete my order (of which the roll was now over burnt & cheese not melted) and then it was like he was drunk, he could barely walk. he rang up my order at $11.75 I gave him a $20 bill he gave me back $7 & .40 in nickels and when I tried to explain to him that my change should be $8.25 he could not figure it out so I said give me another dollar and I took the .25 out of the Nickels he put down on the counter. he was completely drunk or high...

I went in the other day i asked for four slices of pepperoni pizza the dude really took the cheese slice that was already sitting for mad long nd threw pepperoni on it but the crazy part was when he gave it to me i could literally pick off my pepperoni without trying the cheese wasnt even melted he left it in the oven long enough where the pepperonis got warm nd greasy like if u gonna cut corners at least make it look good i was highly disappointed because i was craving pizza for the past couple days before that nd my dad always got me fratellis has a kid nd honestly they destroyed their own reputation with me i wish i could give u 0 stars Cuz that was just a disgrace forreal nd me nd my peoples definitely wont be...
