Seems I'm constantly being over charged for takeout. 2 specific workers press tons of buttons to weigh the food. While others don't. Not sure why a bunch of buttons need to be pressed very quickly to weigh food, that is my opinion. I've felt many many times that I have been scammed. Oh and theirs 2 different prices for grilled meat and then everything else so if you mix the rice with meat be prepared to pay more than separating them. It's close to $5 difference if combined. Buyer beware. One big take out container with close to my usual portion used to cost me $22+ then $26+ and then $30+ for about the same portion and no this isn't about inflation. I had questioned them about this and they weren't to keen of being questioned especially around a group of people. Went in to have a nice meal and it turned out to be very disappointing. The food was lukewarm/cold the meat was dry and it says all you can eat...... well that wasn't the case either rather it was get what you want and we weight it up and you pay for the weight of it. How is that all you can eat?? Well the service was nice smiles and friendly but as for the food um no that was not worth what we paid for. Almost $40 dollars for some lukewarm/cold food and dry meat plus it was not even alot of food on the plates. Maybe we caught them on a off day?? Terrible. We ordered through Doordash, and only because our Popeyes Chicken order got botched by Doordash. The portions were large. Actually two people can split a combo platter. The fried plantains were good and plentiful. But that's where the good part ends. The steak was well done to way overdone. The beans had no seasoning, as if they were right out of the can. We ordered a side of two chicken thighs. Instead we received chopped pieces of VERY dry chicken breast. That will end up being cut up for dog treats. We ordered rice pudding and flan for dessert. The flan was good, but the rice pudding was like no rice pudding I have ever seen. It was SOME rice swimming in white liquid. And it tasted HORRIBLE. I see there are a lot of good reviews for this place. So evidently they have the potential to be a good place to eat. It just didn't happen for us. So we won't be getting anything...
