I had a great experience at MexiRican Food Truck. They have many great services, such as uber eats, and Doordash. My food was made in an honorable amound of time, and it was served nice and neat on a recyclable paper plate. They also have many different varieties of beverages. Such as Fanta, Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, Ect. It is also very easy to sit down and relax. They have a tarp-like tent up with chairs so i dont have to eat in the hot sun. I've gone twice, and happy with everything. First time I went I got one beef and one chicken and cheese empanada, both were delicious. I also tried their chicken quesadilla and it was filled with veggies and very good, served with pico de Gallo and sour cream. Tonight we got chicken tacos which my daughter said we were good, but I should have gotten her more. My shrimp and el pastor taco were good and fresh, and the sauces were good too. Omg!: this is the best food truck in waterbury!! Their tostones rellenos with pork or chicken pheromonal.. best kept secret in waterbury.. you have to check it out.. on baldwin near 7 11 store. It's so good!! Nachos are great..Carne asada burrito bangin'.... go here if u have a craving for Mexican food. . It is too die for.. the meat is most and so flavorful.. the salsa is on point .
