The local brewery for me and I visit regularly. It is relatively small but they recently expanded their tap lines to 12 and usually offer a good variety of styles including Berliner Weiss, Barrel Aged stouts, pale ales and sours. Ample parking and only about 5 mins from route I-84/Route 8 near the Waterbury/Watertown line. This brewery does experiment with its brews and has only improved over time. One of the best brewery options for discriminating beer enthusiasts in the greater Waterbury area (along with OEC & Black Hog). They accept credit cards. They don’t do flights but there are smaller pour options. War Poet is a “go to” New...

Growler's are filled in 32 or 64 oz sizes and occasional cans in very limited release. During my recent visit they had a wonderful Kolsch, two IPAs, a Berliner Weiss and a Tart Saison with Cranberries and...
