Hi, I had a party of four from out of town the Sunday after Thanksgiving and we went to the Berlin location around 1:30 PM. Needless to say since my guess came out of town, they were looking for a good sports bar and I recommended Whitehorse Pike Location. There was a party of four I ordered wings along with One other guest, and also the calamari was ordered for an appetizer. Upon receiving the wings, they tasted spoiled you know how chicken sits in the refrigerator past the shelf life and it has that nasty smell to it.. I brought it to my waitresses attention to let the kitchen manager know and she said OK she well but she did not ask me if I wanted something else nor did she remove it from my bill. When the calamari came out, they were so chewy and overcooked he couldn’t eat them so we asked for another set of calamari. This was not cooked as much as the first order, but it had a freezer burn taste to it cause it is a frozen product most likely that you’re using, and it tasted nasty I’m in a restaurant business myself, so I was curious why the waitress never told the Our table to discuss the issues we were having and then when I finally asked her can I see a manager she said there is no manager until 5 o’clock. That’s the way they do it on Sundays. So if you’re thinking about eating at rocks don’t go until after 5 PM on a Sunday because there’s no management there. According to our waitress. So that’s why they didn’t obviously care nor they took anything off our bill so we cut our meal short and we will never return. You cannot sell wings that smell, spoiled or wash them off to try to save them. That’s the impression I got from my wings and I know wings like I said I’m in the restaurant business. Other than that, I figured I’d give you feedback to let you know about the bad experience we had. . Just to let you know what happens when there’s no management in...
Read more(This really only applies to the "Easter breakfast with the bunny" event. When going to eat or grab a drink on a normal night, it's a pretty chill atmosphere) I'll admit we got there a little early (about 4 minutes) before our 9am reservation..and it seemed like nothing was ready still.
*They had the area really nicely decorated for when you walk in& brought in real grass to make the experience more "real". They sat us at a table with a staff member routinely coming over to tell us "a few more minutes". By 9:10am-another 2-3 couples came in. It was buffet style food -both scrambled eggs w/ and without cheese, French toast sticks, little potato wedges (but square shaped) mixed in with peppers or veggies, sausage/bacon, toasted bread, & waffles. (Plus two dessert options)
The Easter bunny came out around 9:30ish to start taking photos, which didn't take long. We were unaware that there was only one egg hunt since we had had a scheduled time. So the egg hunt wasn't until 10:30. Keeping a little one entertained at the table can be challenging. So if you ever do the event-I'd book for the second time, not the first.
They did put a TON of work and effort into making this a magical experience for everyone but some stuff just needs a little improvement, which comes with time. I think it's more the food itself, where I had expected a little more. We ended up not eating much because we weren't really interested in the buffet food.I guess I'm holding them to higher expectations since I know how amazing and wild the food...
Read moreWe went to lunch today 11/19/24 It took about 15 to 20 minutes for someone to greet us and ask us what we wanted to drink then we ordered wings at the same time so we didn’t waste more time, well it took about a half an hour or more to get our wings and they were wrong. We asked for them dry with the sauce on the side, but that’s not what we got. of course we ate them anyway because if we asked for them dry it would of took another half an hour or more to get it right. It wasn’t just us, there were other people in there that were upset. actually the Waitress was Julie. She was very nice but i guess overwhelmed because she said she didn’t normally work there that she worked in the Williamstown Racks. i wouldn’t be writing this but this isn’t the first time and really not the second. We love coming to your place and are Regulars. The food is great but very disappointed with the service we get and it wasn’t crowded. Look at your cameras it was 12:49 PM well that is what time it was on my receipt. i don’t know if that’s the time that we ordered or the time we left when she rung it up. Sorry for the disappointing letter because i am usually the one asking for the manager to tell how good their workers are. Like i said not the first second or third time we walked out. i guess we like it there because we keep going back thinking it was just a bad day but it happens often. Just letting you know and thanks...
