I would give no stars if I could. It started off as being a good salon to go to, but as time went on their "customer service" went out the window. You're never taken on your appointment time. Service is horrible and they could never do anything I showed them. I had Anna and she just became to comfortable I feel, that she would say to me, oh it's fine, just leave it. The last time I went there was approximately July and not only was I completely disrespected by the man who owns it (its him and his wife). I texted anna to say I needed to come in sooner for my appointment if she was free, that my nails had fallen apart. So she said sure, 5 ok. I said cool. The owner tried telling me my appointment was only for a touch up not for a complete refill. I said I'm sorry but I made the appt with Anna and if you wrote it down wrong or there was a miscommunication btwn the 2 of you that's not my problem. He was arguing with me and everyone was looking at him. I flat out told Anna I most likely will not be coming back. I’ve been to this nail salon before My service was better than my experience yesterday ! I enter the salon at 4:30 didn’t get service until 6:45 ! The salon was not busy. I was the only one waiting to get simple manicure. Two other woman entered the salon neither had appointments , yet they both were services ! The owner , man that works there even started one of the ladies before me, he was polite and friendly. Yet he couldn’t do a 20 min manicure on me he didn’t greet me when I walked, nothing ! I don’t want to bring race into this but I feel because I was black.... well you get it ! My manicure was mediocre , she didn’t rush but I don’t like it . My polish messed up , I told her she didn’t have to fix it but when one of two messed up, she should have fixed those. I will not patronize this business again. I should have drove too Cherry Hill to my normal spot “ Tiffany’s” where they speak no matter race , and only put customer before if there have appointment . Neither the woman that came in after me had appointment yet was taken before me. Horrible...

I used to love Gel nails. It was relaxing and joking time to get your nails done... now it’s some techs are completely rude and just shouldn’t talk at all. Gel nails is a hit or miss. You can come in and be seated quickly or you can sit for an hour and have the slowest tech available. Currently waiting to have my gel polish changed. JUST CHANGED and two women walked in granted probably with an appointment but as a teacher I never know if I’ll leave work on time and not living in the area it shouldn’t be an issue to arrive and accept walk ins but they make you wait longer than necessary. It’s an easy change that if I could do myself I would. There are nail techs sitting with to clients and yet I’m still sitting here. If I hadn’t wasted 45 mins already waiting...
