Went last Sunday around 11:30 with my boyfriend and we were the only car there. We were gonna mobile order but we were getting a 1/2 dozen donuts and wanted to make sure they had all the donuts we wanted. When we pulled up we ordered 2 standard drinks and when ordering the third that was modified. The manager yelled over the girl taking our order telling us to slow down. I work in customer service and we were not talking fast at all also there is a way you can talk to people and that’s not it. After that is when we ordered our donuts. I told them first that we we’re ordering a half dozen and I hear them go “oh god”. So I am telling my boyfriend one by one and he’s repeating it. No issues they tell us to pull up. We pull up and my boyfriend hands the girl his card and he pays. After that the manager throws the box in our face and goes “we’re not robots can you repeat the last few” I said we were trying to speak slow with the modifications but ok. And I started repeating all the donuts we got. She then STARTS WALKING AWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF ME REPEATING MYSELF. After she just keeps repeating about how they aren’t robots and blah blah blah. She hands us the donuts asks us to pull around and someone will run our drinks, no problem. They come out with only 2 drinks out of the three. We said to the man we had a third he was polite and got us our third drink(the modified one). I will say everything was correct it’s just the disrespect was crazy. All that I forgot to order my damn bagel because I was so frustrated. Read moreTerrible experience as usual here. While waiting for my coffee in the drive thru, in which they forgot, I started munching on my hashbrown which were undercooked and broken apart. I showed the girl at the window and asked If I could get them replaced. When she returned with my coffee, she calmly said " Im sorry sir, we cant replace you hash browns.".. All three orders were bad and all I asked was for a replacement for the one. I understand I ate two from the bag, but they were not acceptable. I gave the order or hash browns to the girl and told her they are garbage and I didnt want them. This was a complete disgrace and a poor excuse for customer service. The bill was 9.65. I made sure I found another dollar to tip them instead of leaving the change only. I should have asked for my tip back to buy another order. Whoever decided that it was a good idea not to replace the 25 cents worth of hashbrowns should be retrained. I wouldnt suggest firing them, although they are obviously good at making bad decisions. They are working in a tough business with people. Maybe they were just having a day where customers are taking advantage and complaining all day. I clearly had a valid complaint, especially after they completely for my drink to begin with. The name of the game is repeat customers. Ive gone here hundreds of times. Read moreZERO STAR- Every time I go here my order is wrong, I always order 2 sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese sandwich with extra bacon and I pay for the extra bacon. They just cant get it right. And they have plenty of time to get it right because they make me pull around front and make me wait. Today I asked for the 1 sweet bacon egg and cheese and an everything bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. Instead of the Everything bagel I got a bagel with sausage egg and cheese. I hate their sausage and I even waited out front for my order. FOR NOW ON I WILL OPEN MY SANDWICH IN FRONT OF THEM AND CHECK MY SANDWICH AND ENTIRE ORDER. I just feel bad for the other customers because now they will have to wait for my order to be right. I called them today and the manager Alysa was just blank on the phone. I said "will you compensate for my order" and she said yes, but she should have offered. Their excuse was they were short staffed. When I called to complain the last time they made me seem like I was lying. I'm not looking for a free sandwich I JUST WANT MY ORDER CORRECT....
