I recently visited Fork n’ Pint with my family. We sat on the patio, and I had the classic burger, easily a 10/10 burger. It was delicious. The parking lot was very spacious and there were no shortage spots to park. But the parking lot doesn’t compare to the massive patio that we sat on, the patio is huge and very sanitary. We didn’t sit inside but I noticed there was live music, it was very pleasant. They guy singing was very good and not too loud, it was at a volume where you could eat and talk without screaming. Our waitress was very kind and hardworking, it looked like she was working majority of the patio. Also, on the bill, there is a user friendly option to pay online ( which we did ) and it saved us a few minutes. Overall, I give Fork n’ Pint a 5 Star review because it was such a nice, clean, simple, and delicious restaurant. 100% Recommended and I would go back.

At Fork n Pint the patio overlooks Cass Lake. Early in the afternoon the sun can be a little much but they have lots of umbrellas. As for the four we tried 4 dishes. 1. Rustic 1/2 Chicken: the chicken was moist and well prepared and the dry rub was perfect and no sauce was required to enjoy the skin. The fries were seasoned to my liking. In all a very good meal. 2. Sweet N Spicy Cauliflower : this app was fried Cauliflower spun in a sweet and spicy sauce. It was a little heavy on the sauce but still a good app. 3. Brisket Dinner: the brisket was tender and well prepared. The seasoning was right on. 4. Lakeside Nachos: this was a pulled pork nacho. The pork was again well prepared and tasted great. However I would prefer cheddar cheese to the queso, but for those that like queso on a nacho this may be for you. Service was very good. We will be back.

The place looked great driving by. Decor was nice. We sat outside on a beautiful day. The wait staff was really friendly and attentive. Looking at the menu I had some high expectations. Starting off the pretzel bread and cheese were delicious. Pretzel bread sticks were cooked perfectly and both sauces were good. I was however disappointed with the ahi tuna salad I ordered. The tuna didn't have a lot of flavor, and there was a lot of brown lettuce in the salad, it was not crisp by any means quite wilted. I tried to go the healthy route and was disappointed. Another dish ordered was "the answer" with a burger patty added. The ingredients seemed fresher than the salad, but seemed to be infected with the same lack of flavor as my salad. Looking at the menu and the atmosphere I was let down. Appetizer was good, wait staff was good, main courses not so much.

Food was decent both times I've been, service was miserable both times as well. This place always seems to be packed whenever I drive by. The thing is, I'm not sure if it's because everyone wants to eat there or because they're all just waiting. The first time I went the food was good but the server was always missing when we needed something. The second time i sat at the bar. They may have been at a third of capacity and no one was getting the service they expected. I listened to one lady complain to the bar tender about how her party had waited an hour for someone to come serve them. If it was busy I may understand that, but the fact that the place wasn't even half full baffled me. I soon recieved the same treatment. My buddy and I were two of the 8 people at the bar and everytime we needed a menu or a drink or food we had to wave down the bartender. Granted, she was constantly busy making drinks for the servers, I've never felt so ignored at a restuarant. By the end we made it clear we wanted out of there. A half hour lunch turned into an hour and a half wait. We asked to close out tabs before the food even arrived because it got to the point where we were going to be late to the wedding we were attending. We gave ourselves 2 hours for a quick meal and ended up racing the clock because of the service. I rarely tip 20%, usually 30% for bad service because I know serving people is a miserable job. But this was one of those times where I tipped 20% and still felt like I was wasting my money. We finally recieved our meals in a to go bag. After letting the bartender know she split our tabs extremely wrong, we waited again. I ended up just paying my buddy's bill after she walked past his credit card 5 times. I dont typically like writing bad reviews, but this experience literally moved me to say something. Two visits in a row have ruined me for this place. I always try to give a business benefit of the doubt, but one bad experience followed by one of the worst experiences I've had in years, I couldn't resist but share... Sorry fork n' pint, but get it together. You have a great spot and the business, make sure you dont lose...

Absolutely disgusting and horrible service!! My fiance and I went out to dinner and they started with water which had multiple black and white floaties. They brought 2 more waters out which were the same. They ended up saying it must be the ice and that they could bring us drinks without ice. We then ordered our food. After waiting almost an hour for our food, a tornado warning popped up and lights went out multiple times and eventually shut off and didn't come back on. We were still waiting for our food and they brought us an $80 bill and overcharged us on items by a lot. We had our newborn baby with us, no ac in the building, lights out, it was very hot, dirty water and still waiting for our food and a man continuously kept yelling loud obnoxious noises which they did not stop. After over an hour of waiting they brought us the bill and we didn't even have our food. After bringing attention to the waitress, she brought the manager. We explained our situation, our newborn, dirty water and plates, lights off, the heat etc and the fact that we got our bill which was OVER what it was suppose to be before we even got our food, it was upsetting. We just moved to the area and was looking for a nice restaurant for our family to come to.. All he said was "what do you want me to do about it?" With the biggest attitude :O. SERIOUSLY?!! It sucks because our first experience was very nice.. now? We'll never come again.. what a sad shame. No respect for this manager or establishment at all. Thank you to the nice staff we did speak with and for the lady who wasn't even our waitress asking if she could bring us ice for our newborn to cool him down. How very sweet and we're very grateful! Hope you find a better job with more caring and...

My husband and I visited for the first time (today) while in town, after several recommendations. This is going to be a legnthy review because this place nailed every facet for us and others deserve to know how great of an option it is! The dinner menu was diverse and well chosen, with something for everyone... From the bbq pit, to the craft macs, street taco selection, fabulous pizzas, gourmet burgers, paninis, or full entrees from shrimp to walleye to chicken n waffles. The brussel sprout app is to die for, even for sprout haters! Everything we had was fairly priced for generous servings of quality 'craft style/gastro pub' food in a nice atmosphere (we sat on the nicely lit patio with a view of the lake) with top notch service. The drink menu was also one of the best we've seen in a while... Large number of nitro tap options, as well as finely selected draft picks. Awesome options for sidecar/drop-in drinks, house muddled mules, martinis, house cocktails and custom spiked ciders & coffees! One of the key parts of our wonderful experience was our server Hunter... He was quick, corteous, pleseant, attentive (and not in a rushing or intruding manner, just never had to wait on him or flag him down for anything!) He was on top of things! Not just for us, but for the tables around us as well, and we even noticed him being quick to hold the door for other servers bringing out drinks or food; he aced every aspect to being the epitome of a top notch server at ANY establishment! We look forward to visiting again on our next trip and had a great out of...
