Time Out Sports Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Waterford Township

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. This passed weekend my fiancé and I went here. We were served fairly quick by the older bartender. After we finished our drinks, we set them at the edge of the bar and waited about 10 minutes. After finally getting the younger bartender's attention we asked for 2 more beers. We waited 20 minutes while watching her grope and flirt with every man in the bar whether they were with a significant other or not. We continued to just sit there while she poured water on herself and asked if her "ass was wet" while turning around and showing it off. While this was going on, all females in the bar left except me. FINALLY I was able to once again get her attention and she goes, "Oh...here...I forgot." I respond, "No thanks, I don't want another drink and because of our horrible service I don't think it's right you charge us for our first drinks." She says, "You OWE me $5.50." I said, "This is a great way to treat regular customers." And she snaps back and says, "Ha, regular?! That's funny because I've never seen you before." By this time my fiancé begins to take out his wallet to pay just so we could leave. After she saw this her tone COMPLETELY changed. She starts touching his hands and arms while smirking at me and says, "Oh, it's no problem. Drinks are on me. And here's 2 more." I honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing. I got up and said I want to leave. She then came from behind the counter, TOUCHED my face, and sarcastically said, "Why are you just SO angry?!?!" I backed away and firmly said, "I'm not." She was purposely egging me on by her tone, body language, and sarcastic attitude. Luckily, I'm an extremely calm and passive person and tried to let it go. I sat back down for a second to collect myself and both bartenders came over and began complaining about a transgender woman using the woman's bathroom. One even said, "I don't even know what 'it' is." I just stared in disbelief and really hoped the poor woman didn't hear them talk about her. Clearly, the only "gender" welcome in this bar are males. We will NEVER return there again and I will NEVER recommend...

I went to Time Out on a Friday night around midnight in search of some late night grub. It seemed as if this was the only place open in Waterford! I tried the chicken fingers and fries, and they were great! 👍🏾 You might say how hard can that be to cook? I've been to other places that it seemed like I told them to cook a dinner impossible. Anyway, the waitstaff was awesome and attentive, plenty of TV screens, there was a great dj spinning that night as well. About 30 people came in not too long after me and atmosphere livened up considerably. The Time Out is definitely a vibe! Oh yeah, I don't drink, but I can vouch for the Coca-Cola tasting...

The tall, goofy belligerent manager lurked over my cousin and I the entire time we walked anywhere. We were there to simply watch the basketball game, but between the bartender being completely incompetent and the manager making little comments with his clique of washed up, wannabe tough guys, we decided to Uber to the Clarkston Tap. Also, the manager and his little buddies were outside smoking weed and actually made a comment to my cousin and I something to the effect of "Do you Eminem listening mother f'ers hace a problem". Total group of...
