Only thing I can say negatively about Dunkin’ Donuts is that they are stingy (very stingy) with the salt and pepper. M59 (highland rd) you must ask for salt and pepper with your breakfast sandwiches and usually you have to ask again because 2 salt and 2 pepper is not enough for the sandwiches they make. Independance township (Sashabaw rd) Dunkin has no salt and pepper at all. NONE. Eat your sandwiches BLAND. No salt and pepper and you sell breakfast sandwiches with egg?? You Morons!!! As for the Waterford (Dixie hwy) Dunkin donut don’t waste your time going there if you like Frozen coffee. That frozen coffee machine has been out of commission all SUMMER long. You can get iced coffee. And you can get salt and pepper for the sandwiches. But no frozen coffee. And never ever ask for French vanilla anything at the Dixie hwy Dunkin. NO FRENCH VANILLA ANY DAY there AFTER 10:00am because they are always out of it and say they are waiting for their truck. What a joke this franchise has become. Read moreOrdered at At the drive-through. My husband said my coffee order. The Dunkin employee asked him to repeat it. So we assumed he didn’t hear him well. So he Repeated it, maybe an octave louder. The employee rudely said to him he didn’t have to yell it he could hear him. We were both kind of taken back by his comment seeing that he works in customer service. He asked if we needed anything else we told him no. And he yelled back “OK” over the speaker at us. When we pulled up to the window, he approached with my coffee. Asked us if we had a problem. I did all the speaking. I said no you said you couldn’t hear us so we just repeated the order a little louder. He said I didn’t say I couldn’t hear you all I did was ask you to repeat yourself. In my mind, if somebody’s asking you to repeat something when there is not a single person in the drive-through with you maybe that’s because they didn’t hear you well. (Sorry to assume) As stated before, he didn’t yell at him. He may be raised his voice a couple decimals to make sure he could hear him. But..I think I have figured out why I can't get a decaf coffee. This place showed me why. At Register. The man starts to take my order,I'm not finished even telling him I need decaf, light ice and the girl that makes the coffee has already made my coffee. She doesn't even have the slip to tell her of my major caffeine allergy nor that I get spasms from alot of ice. I look at her and I say is that decaf? She says no.
