My husband and I went to go get dinner because it’s too hot to cook. the counter person was nowhere to be found so we stood there for five minutes or more waiting for somebody to come help us then my husband said hey does anybody work Herero all the people in the back and a young lady came to the counter with such an attitude it was ridiculous!!! We ordered our food and my husband ordered a Coke with his dinner he got a sweet tea!!! He said I ordered a coke and was told no you did not you ordered a sweet tea…but the receipt had Coke on it…. So our food comes out I open the bag and his burger he ordered was nowhere to be found!!! He went to the counter that same young lady came out with an attitude and asked can I help you… he explained that he was missing his sandwich and she proceeded to argue with him and tell him that he did not order a sandwich that he just ordered fries and a sweet tea!!! I was standing right there and heard him order the big Mac deluxe combo so I knew he ordered a sandwich!!!! but she did not charge him for it because she was so mad at that point!!! he asked to to speak to her manager and was told I am the manager so if that’s the kind of employees you’re going to hire at McDonald’s I will not be going back that is the poorest service I...
Read moreI've been to this location about 6-7 times now since their opening & each time there's been an issue. Not sure if the staff is to blame or the training process but, this McD's is surely struggling.
It's usually simple mistakes, like forgetting to give me a straw, getting my order wrong (not adding the sauce I asked for) or not putting salt on my fries. I typically order the same thing every time I go to a McD's: Quarter pounder with cheese meal, add Big Mac sauce to the burger, a coke & some BBQ sauce to dip my fries in.
Besides those simple mistakes that have happened every visit thus far, the food just isn't as on-point as other locations. Often, my burger is extremely dry, fries are either dried up or not salted, soda tastes flat etc.
Now that I'm thinking about it... either a lot of people are employed here or, they go through a lot of employees. I've never seen the same face twice. And I'm very good with faces. Perhaps herein lies the problem: Always a new person who's just barely been trained! If I'm craving McD's, I will literally drive the extra 10+ miles to the next location...
Read moreOur McDonald's was out of everything, so we called ahead of time to make sure they had ice cream cones and the Grimace shake. The lady on the phone said they had both, so we drove over there that was at 9:06 we got there at 9:16 in the driveway. We pulled in and asked for both. The Girl in the drive thru said they ran out about 25 minutes ago, which doesn't make sense seeming how when we called 14 minutes ago on the road to there. We leave and I call back informing them on what happened. The lady on the phone said she needed to check because they did have it and wanted to see why the drive-thru ladies said there wasn't any. She said she informed her that we miss her and that she only needed to add the mix.
