Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Waterford

The pizza is good, best in the area, but overall good pizza. The service is good at times can be a little less as most employees seem to range from late teens to early 20s. They have a large group room which is nice for after game or event get togethers. Their arcade is very small and doesnt offer much excitement for kids. It is a family friendly place but could use a makeover as some of the booths are very uncomfortable to sit in. It's not the cleanest of restaurants and would get a 2 or 3 out of 5 in that area. Calling ahead doesnt always save time as they are the better option in town for pizza and can get over ordered relatively fast making an hour wait for your pizza. Worst customer service. The lady who was dressed like a manager was completely rude she treated my mother like she was dumb. We asked that they not burn the pizza because the pizzas that were coming out of the oven were black and burnt on the crusts. When we asked that they make sure it wasn't burnt she states well I know how to coo pizza I do it all day... we were being super nice and she kept cutting my mom off and telling her the pizzas were fine and always like this.. we have always had pizza here a d enjoyed our service she was way out of line ans rude we have never had burnt pizza and never had problems... believe me I will be contacting the owner tomorrow this...

This used to be our favorite place to eat pizza & calzones. I’ve known the owner for years & he’s a wonderful man. Our family has done countless birthday parties here. Our first troubles started last year after my granddaughter & one of the young employees stopped dating. Then all of a sudden the whole family started having to bring their orders back more than once. Now the prices have increased & my daughter got a calzone & it actually had 3 pieces of pepperoni in it & she was at work in the Bay Area. That’s unacceptable in any business & sad when a place that used to deliver such good food & service has turned into a place where we are probably not going to...
