Arby's — Restaurant in Watertown

I love Arby's food - great taste, and especially the hot wings. However, this location struggles with quality. I have gone three times in the last week to order the Hot Honey BBQ wing special with a small fry. Each time something has gone wrong - I have been charged more for a full meal rather than the special - and I only got the wings and a small fry (if you are going to put it on the menu, please honor the special), I have gotten fewer wings than what I was charged (I requested a 9 piece and got 7 pieces. Usually this doesn't bother me, but I did pay $7 for just the wings), and I got curly fries instead of crinkle fries. I'm usually a laid back person, and I realize they are short-staffed here, but it was disappointing. I did not go back to for the missing wings or the change in fries but I did try to change my order to the special, and it could not be done. Love the food and the employees are ALWAYS polite, but I will refrain from using this location simply because every time I go, quality is...

We ordered hush puppy fish sticks with krinkle fries and extra tartar sauce and a double roast beef with curly fries. The girl in the drive thru was nice and seemed to get our order correctly Sunday 8/20/23. 2:10 ish.... The order had the fries mixed up, more inconvenient than anything else. No tarter, so I went inside and was told that they ran out of tarter 2 orders ago....And maybe you should go someplace else and buy some!!! Wow! I asked to speak to a manager and she said there is nothing we can do! I asked for a different meal and she said no. I asked to speak with another manager and she went back, I guess there were 3 there at the time. They were ok with replacing the fish for a sandwich. As punishment she filled the bag with horsey and arby sauce. No wonder they ran out of tartar sauce. Very inconvenient and deceiving. The food was subpar at best. We will not come back. Please get you managers some training in...

While this isn I'm giving this remote to the employee, not the restaurant. It gets a 4 mostly for having this person on feel bad I didn't get her name. But here's the story. I'm in from far in a motorcycle, just want some food. I understand fast food is what it is but when I realized they were going to serve me old fries, without a hesitation it shoot look on her face was no problem, and 4 minutes otter I got hot fries. While this isn't extraordinary, it is the attitude she had the whole time. I go out of my way to say please and thank you, but her attitude was great before, during and after.
