I’m giving two stars simply because the owner was very polite and helpful and prompt. But that’s where the review turns negative. I took a Schwinn still boxed to be assembled there. When it was completed the Derailleur system didn’t work. The gentleman pointed this out to me and said he didn’t know what was wrong with it but he thought it was a bad design and told me to ride it. After testing, it was almost impossible to shift on the left-hand handlebar. It would slip from 3 to 1 and never hit two. Later, speaking with my brother-in-law who has lived here 50 years, he told me that 10 Years ago he brought his bike in for a Derailleur problem and the same gentleman was unable to fix it. So I took it to another shop and it was successfully adjusted. I’d give it one star if they weren’t so pleasant...

Drove to the location to find a pedal to fit my bike. Worker was very rude and overwhelmed Came outside to take a look at it guy says,”the crank threads are stripped” and starts walking inside blowing me off I yelled ,”so do I have to get them re-threaded? He said rudely as he continued to walk inside to work on something else, “no just get a new crank... you’ll figure it out.”

Had a local place rethread it for a lot cheaper

The store wasn’t crowded or anything at the time and I understand they have other work to do but why would you just send me away to fix it on my own Isn’t that what you do? Sell me the part or fix it for me

If I could give a lower review I would, these guys are the most racist and boring people ever, I came in and they seen me have my Islamic outfit on and gave me a nasty look, after that they didn’t even wanna sell my brother a bike and they told us to go to some other store. Please do not go to this filthy area, parking lot is rusty too and the windows are unclean, dude look like he was about to topple because of old age. I’m very mad and I had a breakdown in the middle of the unleveled parking lot, I’ve also included a picture of me vomiting after going...
