I have just had possibly the best experience ever with an online order, all thanks to Sultan and the team at Liquor Superstore Watertown. I am in Melbourne Australia and wanted to order online and have delivered to my daughter who lives not far away from Watertown, a mixed dozen bottles of wine for Christmas. I had great fun choosing the very reasonably priced wines from their extensive selection. As my daughter lives just outside their delivery area, I was worried the wine might not reach her in time for Christmas as it had to be shipped. Not to worry. Sultan emailed back to me that they would ensure she received it in time for Christmas. Not only that, they gift wrapped the box, and sent me a photo! Today, the wine was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas, and we think it was personally delivered by a staff member at LSSWTN. Which impressed us Australians no end, given the amount of snow you have had! Read moreI am always impressed with the great customer service, product inventory, and fair pricing at Liquor Super Store in Watertown and the owner has always gone out of his way to find an item if he does not already have it in stock...which is rare. I manage catered events and we had a large event for over 800 guests and were significantly low on alcohol (the day of) to properly host the event. Fortunately, this store had EVERYTHING we needed; and their staff, Chelsey and Ryan, went above and beyond to fulfill our order and help us get everything into our truck. Our event was a HUGE success, but without their extensive product inventory and great customer service, that might not have been the case. Many thanks to Sultan and his staff at Liquor Stuper Store on Main Street in Watertown! They always go above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. Read moreThis store has lost a customer and hopefully because of this post it will lose many more. I purchased a 6 pack of beer which had a price tag of a $1 less than I was charged at the register. When I mentioned it to the cashier and asked for the correction, he flat out said no. He had no explanation for why I was being charged more than the price listed. It's the principle not the $1 that's relevant. Frankly, the kid was a punk and has no business facing the public. I wouldn't be surprised if this bait-and-switch is an ongoing practice here. Think about this..a lost customer for a dollar. Good...
