My sister chose something new for her birthday dinner and let's just say WOW!! Let me start off by saying that! And I don't even think that begins to cover the experience that my family and I had received tonight! Are food was fresh hot and and delicious! I definitely recommend the dough nuggets with the parmesan marinara, it was generous portion size that we did not expect we ordered 2 orders for 7 people and still had plenty to take home. Also the pizza was cooked to perfection perfect balance of crisp crust to gooey mozzarella cheese and spices super authentic Italian flavor! Love the marinara sauce as well! But what what really blew us away is the extreme and authentic customer service that came from the new owners (father daughter duo)! My 2 and five year old where along and my 2 year old decided to skip her nap today and was super fussy! I was struggling on getting to get her to calm down and was feeling a bit overwhelmed. But let me tell you never in my life have I ever had service like what we received from Vanessa and her father! Instantly they both crowched down and showed her instant attention they talked to her and brought her crayons and a coloring book and brought a complementary plate of cheese bread out while we were still figuring out what we wanted to order, my daughter was a bit resistant at first but eventually fell In love with them and was finally calmed down. I was so relieved and greatful! They also made my 5 year old feel special by engaging with her and had her picture she colored hung on the wall of their restaurant they wanted her to even sign and date it. We didn't have to ask for anything they were on top of everything from drinks to napkins or came around the corner with silware when they heard it hit the floor! And at the very end the staff surprised my sister with most delicious Tirimisu and song! Best ever experience in my life! Great job guys my family and I will be faithful customers for years to come! 🌟...

I don’t usually like to post negative reviews but I’ve given this place 3 tries and have been very disappointed all three times. The first time I ordered my food took over two hours to be delivered and was cold when it arrived. The second time I ordered they waited almost 60 minutes before calling me and telling me what I ordered wasn’t available. The third time I ordered I received a notice my food was out for delivery and would arrive in 10 minutes. After another 40 minutes went by, I called the store to check since it had been over two hours and had not been delivered. I told her I was concerned if it was done 40+ minutes ago, it would arrive cold. She assured me it just came out of the kitchen and would arrive very soon fresh. When it arrived a short time later, it was cold and incomplete. When I called the store to see what they could do, I was told since I ordered online, I had to call the third party company, Slice, for a refund. This is misleading since I ordered from the website link on Google Maps and I did not realize it was a 3rd party and not the store itself. I asked if they could just bring me my missing items. The gentleman on the phone said they would but he seemed very uncertain. I contacted Slice to inform them of the bad service. They contacted the store and the store told them (not me when I called) that they couldn’t deliver my missing food so just give me a refund for that item. I see the negative posts on here by others and the weak response that they are trying to improve their service for the future. I spoke to 3 different people regarding my last order and no one tried to remedy or improve my experience. I’m an expert level Google having done more than 50 reviews. My brother and I spent around $95 on an order for us and my fiance and kids. Dont know where to start... We got there and the teenage girl at the register stared at the counter hoping we would disappear for 3 or so minutes before some other waitress acknowledged us and said she would be with us shortly. So that settles the service. Now the food. Not sure about other folks but I know an anchovy from a great value brand store bought sardine and there certainly werent any anchovies on this dried up crust with a smudge of pizza sauce and mostly burnt cheese. The lasagna was also a disappointment, certainly could imagine if mcdonalds had a lasagna this would be it. I was at least happy to see real ricotta cheese on the dish. The meatballs were alright, italian sausage is pretty much your run of the mill storebought italian sausage brats cut into slices. Garlic bread must have sat around for awhile before getting tossed in with our order. Crunchy and bland.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I gotta be honest or Im not doing any other customers a service. Also, I am aware this isnt a 5 star italian restaurant but the prices reflect something higher than burger king so Id expect my food quality to match the tier of the prices...
