Amazing customer service. Very polite. Even the delivery service is superb! Don't forget to tip at least $3.00, they use their own car, pay their own gas and insurance. Delivery fee is a way the pizza companies help pay for milage for tax reasons. Trust me. I used to be a delivery driver in Cleveland for a different smaller chain. On Friday night Oct. 1 at the Waterville Marco's my husband placed an in person order for a medium pepperoni pizza, as he does most Friday nights. Ironically, the young woman who took his order asked if he wanted the pizza well done and he replied no. She then said, "Oh, that's the way you've ordered it before." My husband replied, "No, I never order it well done." As it turned out, the pizza was over baked, which he didn't realize until he was back home. Would give it negative stars if I could worst restaurant ever! Food was not done on time...waited and waited ..still not put together...no one cares! 20 people working but apparently no one can work on my order. Manager sitting around doing nothing and can't talk to me because he can't leave the area he's in?!? I will NEVER cosider this awful place again! The food may be great...if you can get them to give it to you! Just pizza and wings...not complicated! Guess I'm sticking with Pizza Hut...they actually believe in customer...
