WE HAVE BEEN ORDERING A PIZZA FROM PISANELLOS WATERVILLE OHIO WEEKLY FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 7 MONTHS. WE LIKE OUR PIZZA BROWNED ON TOP. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ACCOMODATING IN MY REQUEST. EXCELLENT PIZZA IN OUR AREA. LAST SUNDAY I PLACED OUR USUAL ORDER...BROWNED ON TOP. UPON PICK UP I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY THAT ALWAYS BAKES THE PIZZA THAT SHE WILL NO LONGER HONOR MY REQUEST TO BROWN THE PIZZA AS REQUESTED...AS IT MESSES UP HER ASSEMBLY LINE BY HAVING TO PUT THE PIZZA BACK IN TO BROWN IT. I LOOKED A THE PHOTOS OF PIZZAS ON THEIR WEBSITE...GUESS WHAT...IT SHOWS BROWNED PIZZAS. SO MY QUESTION IS..IF YOU WENT TO PURCHASE A STEAK AT A STEAK HOUSE AND THE MANAGER TOLD YOU THAT THEY WILL NOT COOK THE STEAK TO ORDER...WHAT WOULD YOU DO ????? TIME TO FIND A PIZZA STORE THAT WILL ACCOMODATE MY...

Pisanello's Pizza in Waterville is small. There are a few tables for dining in, but they do not have single serve fountain drinks. Pisanello's is better suited for carryout and delivery. They are well established and can get very busy. Pisanello's is not open for lunch. The menu has a good variety of items and the prices are pretty much the industry standard. I walked in and it was insanely hot in there, saw a lot of kids working and they looked extremely tired and I felt bad so I tipped them good. However the place was so dirty and disgusting I almost lost my appetite. I took my pizza home and it was okay, not the greatest.
