McDonald's — Restaurant in Waxahachie

Stopped here to and from visiting in Sherman TX. I kind of gave them slack since it was 8:30pm the first time. But after visiting again on our way home, no way! This has to be one of THE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. We got the SAME drive thru person both times. He was rude and had an attitude, both times. I ordered the same thing both times. 2 fish filets, one with and one without sauce. The first time was not the best, nor the worst I've ever had. We had to wait for a few minutes, due to the time. The second time was right after the lunch rush, about 1:00. We were asked to pull up and wait. And wait and wait. I have worked for McDs and I know it doesn't take that long. When I opened my first sandwich (that was laying flat in the bag) it looked like a landslide!!! When I took my first bite it was luke warm at best. I could pick it up with my fingers. I shouldn't have been able to do that with fresh cooked food!!! It also looked dark, not golden, brown and felt greasy. I checked the other one and it was worse!!! It actually looked burnt and I stuck my finger in it. Not even luke warm. My finger had a slick of grease on it. I know that they couldn't have cooked them fresh. They were either left hanging over the fry cat or they were double dipped to "heat" them up. They were both inedible and the one bite I did take made me sick to my stomach. If we'd not been on a time table, we'd have turned around and gone inside to the Manager. NEVER EAT AT THIS...

order number 1262 02/27/205 5:15pm ordered 4 double cheese burgers with tomato (buy 1 get 1 for a $ twice) and a 5$ meal deal for a total of 5 burgers 3 was in the bag we got ripped off for 2, called 6:44 after we got settled in from work/dr apointment etc and it rang forever and then just beeped

another order the other day I tried to place an order on the very slow laggy app and managed to get part of it in before my phone battery was going to die and placed another manual at the screen and let them know it would be both online and normal drive through there was someone who didn't understand English at all and proceeded to argue for roughly 9 minutes about missing food before I could hunt down both receipts and hand to him before he went and got the other half of the food I paid for (that guy honestly should not be employed there, guess the ice raids have not reached Texas yet)

hopefully someone here can make this right. thought this was a great location on the highway since the one in town is always super overly busy but they can't even seem to get the orders right with a little under half the business

I have had nothing but great experiences at this McDonald’s in Waxahachie. One of the last times I was there, an older gentleman was outside picking up cigarette buds, removing trash from the trash cans and cleaning up the exterior. My toddler and I went inside this morning and the first thing we did was head to the restroom. There was a lady cleaning the floors which was nice to see. The employees were friendly and paid attention to offering to help refill glasses and get extra napkins for us. While ordering on the kiosk, I heard the restaurant supervisor tell everyone it was time to wash their hands. I have never heard someone tell the staff to stop and take time to clean their hands to make sure things are staying sanitary. I was very impressed by this! The kids playground area is modern and was also very clean and tidy. It offers a great place to allow kids to play in times of extreme weather. Having WIFI to work on my laptop while my kiddo plays is an added bonus. As a Waxahachie business owner, I consider my standard fair but high.
