I went to Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut for 20 years when I was working and now I'm retired and have moved to Georgia. TRIP #1 - I went through the drive-through. I was disappointed they did not have the snacking bacon and was told the morning crew did not prepare the bacon for the afternoon crew so no bacon. I left with my coffee, which was supposed to be over Ice and I got it hot, i decided not to wait for it to be remade and to put it over ice myself at home. TRIP#2- Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches on croissant. They handed me the bag and all 3 were made on the tortilla. I had to wait for the 3 sandwiches to be remade. TRIP #3 - yay! They got it right, but curiously while I was waiting at the window for my 2 frozen coffees, I had a conversation with the girl taking the money who was talking to another coworker about how the manager is taking the leftover donuts at night and selling them the next day. All donuts are supposed to be made fresh! One of the workers said she'd bit into a donut, and it made a tearing sound. It was supposed to be soft. It was yucky. That is just not right, and someone needs to do something about it!! Read moreThe only reason we went here was because there was supposed to be a Baskin-Robbin as advertised on Google. When we got there they said that the Baskin-Robbin portion had been shut down for over 3 years. I also had to stand there and wait while the lady's behind the counter continued their conversation and the task that they were on. I waited for 5 minutes as they chit-chatted while one was placing stickers on a coffee lids of an order that was for pickup. At no point did anyone ask me what I was there for? I just wanted to ask about the ice cream. Instead. When she got done with her task she tried to hand me the coffees and said here you go. I then informed her I was not there for coffee at all. If I wanted to be a jerk I would have just taken the coffee but I was there...
Read moreThis might’ve the best customer service I have ever experienced here tonight! The two women that were working, I unfortunately did not get their names, we’re so incredibly sweet. I felt bad because I went to the drive-through about 15 minutes before they were going to close and I just asked them to make me whatever drink they felt like making me since they didn’t have the one that I originally wanted. The drink was absolutely delicious, shout out to you girl who made it for me. I also needed to change my daughters diaper and I asked if I can come in and change it, they were more than happy to let me in to do that. I seriously felt so bad because it was so close to closing, but they were more than...
