Jerry J's South Ga. Pkwy — Restaurant in Waycross

In one week and three days I've had 3 orders that were wrong and missing items. One breakfast three meat platter received no meat what so ever had go inside with longest line ever to get them correct it which all they did was give me three pieces of meat in separate container..I had five peoples breakfast waiting in car let alone the grits n eggs now cold from waiting..ordered three dinners and all of the food was so badly burned it smelled like burt plastic and when called after driving 25 miles home to eat it they tell me yeah they know it was burned bc oven was up too high!! Wtf!! I drove hour round trip for nothing but give away money and get no food to eat and not about get on road drive again that far for food!! And tonight I order front porch platters..pay extra for the sides that are additionally charged and get French fries instead, meat bloody, and not correct bread got cornbread not toast I ordered and fried straps not the grilled..now my receipt even clear as day read all this I ordered which I had check be sure some communication was off key ..but not ...they gave me the shit they wanted me have not what I paid for like onion I paid at 6 bucks to add them to 3 meats instead I get loads of mushrooms ..again receipt says grilled onions and where did mushrooms amd fries come to mind from ..this is ridiculous I paid 20 dollars for additional items to be added to two dinners and I get get nothing I ordered and paid for ..I am demanding full refund at opening in morning I will be sitting alarm to be sure they hear my voice before any Customer ..I took photos and have receipt and they can confirm what I got and ask why when they take the matter up with the employees that handled tonight's shift..I'm beyond angry I feel targeted ..bc I know if the shit happening others things be done differently but 3 time in less that 2 weeks and I feel singled out say the.least and I give the front fals all 10 each as tip and always hive drive worker 5 to 10 tip...

OmGoodness do I 💖💗💖 me some Jerry J's!!!! Probably the nicest, cleanest, and tastiest place to eat in Waycross, GA!! The staff is SOOOOOOO accommodating to your needs and they always greet you personally with the warmest smiles!!! One of your employees who I think has been with the JERRY J's organization since high school....LEETSA TATUM is my favorite employee by far....her sweet spirit is so charming and her knowledge of Jerry J's is absolutely AMAZING!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stop by my favorite JERRY J's on South Ga Pkwy next to the Dollar General in Waycross.. for their homemade biscuits or a full breakfast platter ( I recommend the "SHORT STACK" it is awesome😋) They also serve lunch and dinner with a variety of down home Southern tastes to warm your soul!!! I hope you enjoy your next visit as much as my family always does!!! I also appreciate knowing that I am supporting a local Christ based business. I love Jerry J's. And have eaten there for several years now. Their food quality has always been top notch; however the last two times I've eaten at Jerry J's they have had to succumb to using cheaper ingredients and less quality foods. I know inflation is hit all of us and I know they're trying to keep their prices fair and reasonable but I'm afraid their choice of using lesser quality ingredients is going to hurt them in the long run. They have always had really good turnip greens and used proper Southern seasoning but the last two times I've eaten their greens I wanted to spit them out because they had no seasoning and they tasted like canned greens. They didn't have biscuits they ran out of cornbread and I'm seeing that as a new trend and I think unfortunately it's it most restaurants now. I don't know the solution and I still love Jerry J's but I hope they'll invest in a slab of fat back at least and improve...
