McDonald's — Restaurant in Waycross

Reason for 2 stars: Delays and rudeness. I was on my way home from work last night, around 11pm. I originally went to the drive-thru, the line was quite long, about 8 cars. None of which were moving. I made it to the order speaker, which I was told after about 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker already "One moment". I sat there about ten more minutes, saying "Hello? Is anyone there?" With no response. I decided to cut out of line and go inside instead.

I found no line inside, no one seemed rushed at all. So I went to the kiosk and ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and an apple pie. I took my receipt and sat down. Another thirty minutes passes by before I ask if they have my order. To which I was told "We accidentally sent it out the drive-thru.. it'll be a few minutes."

At this point, it has become midnight, and I have to be up in the early AM to go back to work. I ask if I can cancel my order and receive my money back. They tell me it is almost done, and that this is not necessary.

About 12:04am I finally receive my order. No apology, no excuse, just a silent clerk handing me my order. I go outside and notice the drive-thru is now empty. It would appear they decided to service the entire drive thru before serving me.

I get home, and get ready to eat. Only to find the french fries arent there, my burger is a sloppy mess, and my apple pie is cold and hard.

This was a quite displeasing visit. I do not believe I will return to this Mcdonalds. Instead, I will use the one by the mall.

I've been driving for hours I was exhausted and on the verge of falling asleep behind the wheel and something told me to stop at the nearest McDonald's that I come to and I don't really go to McDonald's a lot when I got there I asked if they had any Frozen coffees and the voice that came back over the drive-thru speaker said I'm a coffee drinker and I don't care what anyone says frappes are not coffee which cracked me up I thought it was hilarious anyways I told her that I have been driving for hours and I am on my way home and falling asleep behind the wheel I needed something strong to wake me up and something cold she told me to drive to the window that she's got me. so I drove to the window and she gave me an iced coffee okay this thing was strong wow I loved it and she said next time you come to the window tell him four pumps of sugar okay that sounds good and I drove home drinking half of the coffee that was in the cup which was a large and put the rest in the refrigerator until this morning when I got up I had to leave out again so I took the coffee with me and it unfortunately woke me right up that has got to be the best cup of coffee I have ever had and I got it from McDonald's on corridor z in Waycross Georgia on the corner of South Georgia Parkway and highway 84. This McDonald's has got to do better I don't know how many times I have had a wrong order this morning I go and order a sausage gravy biscuit tell me why I got somebody else's order two sausage biscuits and 2 hash browns. I mean yeah I should have checked my bag before I left but I didn't my fault but I used to work at McDonald's not at this McDonald's but I have worked at McDonald's and we were held responsible to make sure the orders were correct read double check them in double check so tell me why this McDonald's love to make people's orders wrong. I mean you really can't make none of this up I'm even surprised they're still in business with all the complaints that they get from rude customers to not getting orders right to just I mean sometimes it's just better if we just go back there and make our own stuff at least we can get our stuff right and don't come for me and come up then why don't you just stay at home and cook your breakfast there okay well I just dropped my family off where they need to go and I wanted to treat myself to a biscuit and gravy that's what I was wanting. do you know how long it takes to make...
