With the 4th of July coming up, I immediately thought of this beautiful breakfast that I had last year during my vacation trip to the Waymart area and had to come on and leave a review. This beauty was an irresistible choice at the Belmont Cafe the second we saw it on their specials menu.

Not only did we get a incredible amount of delicious food for ridiculously cheap, but the staff working there went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. My friend had a bad migraine the morning that we visited and they were sweet enough to allow us to eat outside where it was a bit quieter for her.

I absolutely loved this cafe and definitely want to eat here again in the future! We are hoping to even fit it in the schedule for our trip this weekend! Excellent food....

Terrible experience. Maybe because we aren't regulars? We walked in and were gruffly told to "sit anywhere" by a waitress who simultaneously blocked our way to get anywhere. After finally maneuvering around her, we made our way to the tables, each uncomfortable in its own unique way. The booths are old and sagging, and the tables are beyond wobbly. The carpeting is filthy. We were never spoken to again. No one came to check on us or take our order. Others around us seemed to be fairing the same, so we left after about 10 minutes. We are always searching for local restaurants in support of local businesses and we stumbled upon this gem! A very local home town setting that lead to a quaint and friendly atmosphere inside! We loved that they had MeTV showing Father Knows Best! 😊 The restuarant was clean and welcoming! The service was wonderful! The food was soooooo good! I had the corned beef hash and cheese omelet!!
