We were there on a Sunday evening with a small group of friends. Now remember, there were only two other people sitting in the outside lower level along with our party. Let’s start !! The waitress approached us very directly lacking a nice first impression! “A” took our drink order. When they were delivered the three glass of wine were just out on the table. We had to sort them out. The one glass was visibly dirty. Asked for a clean glass. The wine was poured into the clean glass instead of refreshing the glass of wine. “A” was not busy, besides serving us !! Everything we asked about seem to bother her. After we ordered our meals. BBQ 2, BBQ 4, etc the food came out cool to cold !! Only half of each meal was served. We asked where is the rest of our meal please. The rest of our meals came in about 20 minutes. No worries our meat was already served cool!!! As our waitress “A” was nowhere to be found, my friend went up to the bar to get another glass of wine. Her second glass. Our waitress “A” saw her at the bar as she was cleaning other tables. Never approaching our friend at the bar to see if she needed something. Why we didn’t get up and leave earlier I don’t know !!!! Bill time , Waitress never came back to our table to collect our money to pay each check. After waiting 15-20 minutes, I proceeded to the bar to pay for our bill. There was three of them not busy doing anything up at the bar. Then there was no customers. I asked can you please take this so I could pay my bill. She said no your waitress has to. They didn’t know where she was. They had a look around for her as I was standing there waiting this was in the evening about 7pm right now and it was getting chilly. Read moreWe drove 40 minutes to have dinner outside. Group of 6. 4 adults with 2 kids. Arrived to find the outside not open (although we did not see anything listed anywhere that outside wasn't open on certain days). Went inside to get a table and waited a good 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Sign outside door said please wait to be seated. No one even approached us. We finally asked someone at the bar who said seat yourselves. Server brings menus and asks for drink orders. My son orders the white birch beer listed on the menu. Server says they no longer have it it's been changed to lemonade. Him and my grandson say they'll take the lemonade. Drinks come out and it's clearly not lemonade. It's white birch beer and lemonade mixed together. Server acknowledges it's a mistake and gets new drinks. Grandson orders a cheeseburger. We order a tray of pizza and a few orders of wings. Although the wings were very good, My husband's order of wings came out wrong. Server knows and acknowledges it's wrong but never corrects the order. A full hour goes by and we never got our pizza. The 2 year old hasn't aten as that's what he was having. Twice the server tells us it will be right out. A 3 rd time she comes over and asks us if we had ordered a pizza. Ummm....yes we did and you know it. I ask how much longer as it's been an hour. For a pizza. She acknowledges she knows how long it's been and says it's coming soon. 70 minutes wait for a pizza. During that time no drinks were ever refilled (until | brought it up). And all the dirty dishes from the wings and cheeseburger were left on the table. Again until I mentioned it....
Read more!!!!! We’ve been going here for years. Well, today we ordered $70 worth of bbq. We get home and half of our order is missing. Ok, we live 20 mins away we’ll eat what we have. Open the chicken and it looks undercooked and disgusting inside. I called and was told it’s cooked it’s just the “sauce” making it look raw inside and that I would get a “credit” for the missing food. ThEN we open the max and cheese and there is a mile long HAIR on it. I’m not sure what is happening here but I’ve never been so upset with a takeout meal before. Disgusted. I call back and request to speak to the manger. Someone gets on the phone without identifying herself, I explain, she seems sorry and mentions a credit. I explain I don’t want a credit because I’m not ordering food from there again, that I want cash back, since that’s how I paid. She tells me ok and to hold on. Someone else picks up and says the first girl doesn’t know what she’s talking about, we don’t do anything other than credits and she’ll talk to the owner and call me back but doubts I’ll get the $ back. And no surprise, I didn’t get a call back. I am so disgusted with the food and service. I understand mistakes happen, I’ve worked in food and beverage for years…. But I’ve never heard of denying a refund. The second girl on the phone even made a comment about “bringing the food back to inspect it.” Which I have no problem doing....
