Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Waynesboro

So sat in drive thru forever, get to the window, pay.....wait.....wait......wait, then the extremely rude cashier asks why I'm waiting, ummmm?? For my food.....her response "it say u gots yo food" what's it? Her screen, says I have my food, yet I have not "gots" my food. They hand me the wrong drinks and ice creams, I tell them it's not my order then she gets angry with me....and in a loud and demanding voice "well you just gone need to pull up and wait cuz we gone have to make it again" again?? I never got it, maybe the guy in front of me did, who knows. Finally after waiting in my car for their mistake they bring half melted ice cream, I can't open my blizzard because it's overfilled to the point where it will just get all over me and my car and they forgot the sauce I paid extra for. And these idiots want 15 bucks an hour?? I'll never come back to this DQ location again, keep you rude Ebonics to "yoself" I'd give 0 stars but it won't...

Every time I go to this DQ they are always out of the cinnamon bun blizzard iv gon bye there twice a week for the last three weeks and have had no luck at all with it. You would think that they would adjust the inventory according to the local demand.and then today not only did they still not have the blizzard I get to the window to find they had no cup carriers and had to figure out how to get five blizzard's home with only two cupholders who's ever in charge of inventory and ordering products for the store needs to get it together or be replaced. This has Ben a constant issue with this location it didn't just start with this blizzard iv had issues on multiple occasions sense moving here...

Stop by here for lunch the other day for the work crew. Pull into the drive thru and I'm told I can't make separate orders. So I'll pull off and go inside make my three orders and the whole time I'm there waiting on food making drinks there's not a soul in the drive thru. The girls working the drive-thru area didn't do anything to even help with the one girl working the front counter. It was more important for them to eat their food in the kitchen instead of in the dining room where they belong. Not the first person asked if I needed any help in taking anything out to my vehicle on a rainy day. Don't think I will be back to...
