The pharmacy is nothing like it was when Darcy was there. The very best and caring, professional person I've ever known. She was always doing all she could to help each patient or customer that came to her. She is truly missed wish we had her back. She made sure your regular RXs was there when they came due. Spent time she knew you needed. As with most the one's are there now, just don't have these qualities. Drawing a paycheck. They have improved some. But will never be Darcy. The store itself is ok. Now this problem with the online app is very frustrating. I am pretty much a shut-in and depends on my apps to do my walking for me and shopping. This car pickup is really a godsend for me. Wish I could get online to order what I need. Please correct this problem.

My wife has been out of her test strips to test her diabetes blood sugar for more than two weeks and was informed by your pharmacy that they were on backorder and they would call her as soon as they came in ,she called this morning to check and was informed that they have been in since the 5th of Jan, today is the sixteenth, no one called to let her know after they said they would,this is unacceptable service and my wife will be switching...

Very poor customer service. Called in a medication 30 minutes before arriving and was told it could be filled. Get there and it hasn't been filled yet. Ask the pharmacy tech and she says very rudely that it's too early to fill. The people behind the counter are always very rude when answering the phone or talking to you in person. I've had multiple problems with this pharmacy. USE A...
