Before I say this, this is the first time I've ever been treated like this before... truly has me questioning is I'll ever go back. Number 1 the red haired guy was EXTREMELY rude, they were talking about a female employee and how she lives 2 hours away and how it holds everyone up but the boss wont fire her because he likes her and shes always 30 minutes late. when we asked for lettuce when there was nothing but brown wilted lettuce he grabbed it and slammed it on the sandwich and looked at us and said "is that good enough". This place is so bad it takes over for sonic as worst restaurant ever. We usually go into this subway 2 to 3 times a month. We'll went in there around 430 tonight to get supper. My wife has a service dog who by federal law can go into restaurants. She walked in and the dog was on the floor next to her away from the food. The people at this restaurant told her she couldn't come in there at all. The employees got hateful when we walked in with the dog. Then asked if we had papers on her which we do. Then we had to have her on a leash. So we will be contacting a lawyer and be sueing subway for discrimination for not serving us because of the dog.
