Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Weatherford

Staff is so rude, which reflects poor management. Slow service.

After ordering at this sonic, I had problems getting a gift card to work. So as a back up and to expedite things I used my debit card, which also wouldn't work for some reason. I apologized profusely and said I was going to have to pay for my $2 order with some quarters from my cupholder. AND THE EMPLOYEE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME and just turned around and walked off.

I should have just driven off at this point and purchased my drink from the gas station across the street where they appreciate legitimate tender. But I chose to count out change and wait an overly long time for the employee to return and bring my beverage. He would barely look at me and showed nothing but contempt at this slight inconvenience.

Unacceptable attitude, poor management, poor service. I will not be returning to...

Very rude port customer service. My card was having trouble swiping so instead of the carhop taking the number down to enter in manually (which if it’s against policy, fine.) she tells me keep the drink very rudely and throws the food away even after me suggesting I could just order through the app to pay online then. I then had to wait another 15 minutes on my new online mobile order I had to place. When I checked in for the mobile order I even told them ahead of time don’t bother making the drink because I already had it but I still wanted to pay for it and what do you know they send it out anyways. What a waste of food and everyone’s time!!! The second carhop was very sweet though..

First time we came here, my husband and I ordered breakfast burritos, asked for salsa and were told it'll cost us $0.25 per packet. We thought that was odd bc who, in Texas, eats a breakfast burrito without salsa so they must have thought we meant extra since obviously 1 salsa packet will be in the bag... NOPE! No salsa at all, but 3 packets of ketchup.

Well, we tried it again thinking maybe it was an honest mistake that they didn't put any salsa in the bag the first time, so we asked to make sure there was salsa this time... AND THEY CHARGED US FOR IT!

I'm not an unreasonable person, I get that things cost extra right now, BUT WHO DOESN'T EAT A BREAKFAST BURRITO WITHOUT SALSA!?!

Do better, Sonic, do better!! I'll go to the one up Main St bc they aren't stingy with...
