The encounter ( brown skin worker at 11:40am- 12:15 work hours at mineral ridge) with this employee was by far the worst I have experienced this month, and I believe it is time to relieve him of his duties. 🙅♂️
The front desk cashier displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. He did not say hello or even acknowledge my presence. When I inquired about the menu, he showed no interest, emotion, or regard for my questions. I had to force answers out of him and felt as if I was bothering him. Furthermore, when I placed my order for the special, I asked if pepperonis could be added. He rudely took my money and replied with a curt "yep." 😠💸
I patiently waited for 25 minutes for my order. Upon returning, the cashier handed me both boxes of pizza carelessly with one hand. As I inspected my pizza on the counter, he glared at me and coldly stated, "it's fine." When I mentioned that I'm used to staff members showing me the pizza, he dismissed me with a sarcastic "yeah okay, you have a good day." 😡😔
This unacceptable behavior is not the first time I have encountered this individual's nasty attitude. It is clear that the staff member lacks knowledge and possesses a superior attitude towards customers. To add to my dissatisfaction, I discovered that the vegetable pizza I ordered had white sauce, which I do not eat. This lack of knowledge and attention to detail further exemplifies the poor service provided by the cashier.🚫🤬

My kids are big fans of the speciality pizza “Chicken Club” so I usually order that however this time I decided to add another speciality pizza the “BBQ Chicken” no onions, Xtra cheese. So let’s start with the wait 45 mins for two 9 cut pies seems a bit long for delivery but hey maybe they’re busy because it isn’t a distance thing because were practically neighbors I live so close. So I was very confused as to why it took closer to an hour maybe longer for the order to arrive. “Oh well, food here let’s eat!” So when I start to open the first box it’s not opening correctly so I peek in to see why not and I discovered that the pizza is stuck to the box via the Xtra cheese I’d requested for the “BBQ Chicken pizza “ so when I was finally able to pry the box away from the pizza I find that the cheese has shifted to one side sticking to the box top. So as I’m making due with what we have here I open the next box hoping that one was better. It was but had a strong smell of chicken coming off of it similar to how chicken coming out of a can would smell. Now I’m completely disappointed because I’m left with the option of eating cardboard or undercooked canned chicken. “No thanks I’ll pass.” So I’ll no longer be a customer of theirs because they have underachieving standards of quality the issue with the cheese I’ll hold because you never know what happened from the oven to my door step. Read moreCalled to place a delivery order. Made sure to see if I was within delivery range (I’m 3.8 miles away from the store). Once they verified I was within range they took my order and told me to wait 40 minutes. After an hour, I finally called back. The employee stated I was out of the delivery range (that’s why I verified before I made the order). He also claimed they called back my personal number for somebody named Sheldon to of picked up and placed a pickup order instead.(no they didn’t) They obviously called the wrong number or made it up. That would be fine because mistakes happen, but instead they didn’t take any accountability and got ignorant over it. You work in service, don’t be rude.
