We usually LOVE to visit this Del Rio when we are passing through the area, but this visit was disappointing to say the least. We asked for a table and were told it would be 15 minutes. Not a problem. 15 minutes go by and then we are told that they have reserved all their tables for big parties and it would be a long time before they would have a table for us and all they have is booths available. Fine...but then they seated us in a booth that was half size so there is not a lot of room on the table for food and is definitely not comfortable to sit in due to the cramped nature of the booth. We felt like we had been crammed in a dark forgotten corner. That was very apparent when it came to our service. It was a few minutes before we were greeted and throughout our visit we had very little attention from our server. When we did, it was very brief. I ordered the Blackend Chicken Pasta with jalapeño cream sauce and my husband ordered combo fajitas. When our food was brought to us, my pasta had queso all over it and my husband's fajitas were bland. They had no seasoning and the onions and peppers were almost like they were baked instead of sautéd. I didn't dare say anything about my pasta being incorrect because I wasn't sure when our server would have come back to check on us. I was going to use the restroom on the way out, but there was such a fowl odor coming out of there that I decided to wait and go somewhere else. Like I said in the beginning, we usually LOVE this place, but this visit was not good at all.

OMG...What an experience me and my date had here. The chips was amazing and hot and I can't remember chips that good. The salsa was great but with the chips exceptional. We ordered the blackened chicken fajitas with extra setup and this is my new go to fajitas. We ordered the white queso and we don't get this good of queso even in Northwest Arkansas. The food was just an amazing experience. Our server name was Hayden, if you get a chance and you like great service when you come in ask for this guy. This guy never stops and he's always taking care of what you need at your table. The food was a great experience but with the service made this the best restaurant experience I've had in over 20 years easy. Next time we want Mexican food we will drive 60 miles to eat here from Northwest Arkansas.

We ordered 2 different kinds of fajitas today and that was the worst food we have ever ate. Very disappointed because they were delicious and had fantastic food last time we went. Not sure if its changes in cooks or management but, the food they served us today was far from being fajitas. Steak that was not flavorful and was very dry. Onions and green peppers that tasted as if they have went through a fermenting stage and were rotten. I will only be going back to eat chips and queso, if I do go back.

Imagine leaving your grandmas funeral and going out for lunch afterwards and getting the worst service of your life! I am from out of town and was in town only for my grandmas service and del rio was recommended by my aunt for lunch. There was only one other table in our section and we started out as a table of 5 adults and 1 child. Our waitress took very lengthy times checking on us. We had to ask for chips, refills, and even salsa. She gave us no napkins. We had 2 more adults sit down and 1 more child, putting our party at 9 total and 3 separate tickets. When the waitress came out to serve our food, there was a dirty plate. I asked for a clean one and waited so long that I eventually made my food and ate with my hands. When the “manager” Michelle came by she asked how our service was right in front of the waitress, our table didn’t feel comfortable being honest about the waitress’ service, but we did mention the dirty plate that came from the back. Instead of apologizing to us about the plate, the manager made an excuse for it. How embarrassing for her. There should never be an excuse for a dirty plate being served to a customer especially through a pandemic! 🤢 Then we asked for our tickets and come to find out they added gratuity to each of our tickets. Which isn’t an issue at all if we had gotten good service. When we asked to speak to the manager about our service she was rude and spoke over us, and made more excuses. She stated there was a sign up front for parties of 8 or more. Had that been verbalized we would of broke off into groups of 3 tables and the waitress could of actually of had done her job and earned a tip rightfully. That day was bad enough but that was a service I will never forget and I will NEVER go back to that unsanitary restraunt. I will also turn this place in to the better...

Arrived a little before 8pm. Lots of cars in parking lot but people were leaving so we thought it would not take long to get a table. When I entered the door the host was talking to a waitress and did not acknowledge me. I walked around behind them and wondered around waiting for someone to ask if I could be helped. Finally the mgr. came out from the back and ask "how many?" then the host whipped around and ask the same Question. We had 6 in our party. she said the host would put together our table. He headed to the corner started putting tables together. 5 minutes later I saw him in the back, the mgr. came and said be patient, he is getting table together( how long does it take to put 2tables together???). Then I saw him putting tables together in a different corner. Seemed like forever before we were seated. Restaurant not even half full. Quit a while later, we finally placed our order. Seemed like forever before we got our food. An hour after we arrived. Food was sub-par. Grandkids needed to be in bed for school. (still had an hour drive). Got to parking lot and we were the only Vehicles left. Ate here a year ago and it was just ok. Thought we would try again and our kids have never eaten here. They said they will not go back, neither will we. Too many better restaurants with better customer appreciation and food. I am not usually a complainer (this is the first time I have ever written a review) but this experience was HORRIBLE. Waitress...
