Miss Amber’s Cafe — Restaurant in Wedowee

My husband and I gave this place this place a try on whim and we are now forever hooked. They offer a delicious lunch buffet of soul food that changes daily. They always have take-home meals ready to go in the oven available along with a delicious selection of desserts. The day we gave it a try the buffet consisted of chicken and dressing, bbq chicken, mustard greens, creamed potatoes, green beans, and so much more. It was all seasoned well and cooked to perfection. I even bought a thing of their chicken salad they had available to take home! I was beyond satisfied and will be back. The staff was so generous and encourages you to get as many plates as you can! Really a good little mom and pop restaurant....

Super cute place, cozy on the inside. The staff was very nice and prompt. The server was helpful with suggestions on what to order. Everything on the menu sounded so good, multiple options to pick from. anytime they brought food out to other tables it looked so good. The food we had was delicious. Would definitely go back many more times. Highly recommend. We need more places like this around all small towns. Even purchased the homemade pimento cheese and chicken salad before leaving. Also got the homemade Oreo cheesecake it...

10/10, amazing. Miss Amber greeted and welcomed us warmly as soon as we came in. My date ordered a burger (“best burger I’ve ever had!”) and I tried the chicken salad, pimento cheese, and potato salad trio. We ate every bite! And then, we took cheese straws to-go. BEST cheese straws (okay, they’re not straws and kinda look like peanut butter cookies) we’ve ever tasted. If you’re ever in Wedowee, highly, highly recommend visiting...
