Wake & Shake — Restaurant in Wedowee

We LOVE this place. Every donut we have had from here is delicious and made to order. However, my personal favorite is the breakfast sandwich! Wow! We have been impressed with the donuts, staff, and cleanliness every time we go. Yesterday, a young man took our order and he was quite possibly the best employee of a restaurant we have ever encountered. He was nice, patient and fun with the kids, and made sure every item we ordered was to our liking. We will continue to go back to Wake and Shake when we drive into Wedowee! Best restaurant in...

This was the first time I had been in this donut shop. The owner was so friendly and helpful. She took time to explain the menu and how the donuts were made. Each donut is made to order. You can actually watch your donuts being made. They were absolutely delicious and fresh! The coffee was freshly brewed and delicious. I normally don't like anyone's coffee, but mine at home. Their coffee was better than mine. I will be going back, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY THIS PLACE...

We went two separate times while in Wedowee and can't say enough about the service from the two young men who waited on us. I wish i had gotten their names but both were so sweet, talkative and provided great service. The doughnuts were amazing!
