Starbucks — Restaurant in Weed

I've held on of this review for 2 weeks due to the fact I emailed both the store manager and district manager. I was waiting for a reply before deciding to do my review. No reply from either....not shocked as it reflects what I experienced in their store.

When it takes over 30 minutes to make 2 basic drinks on your menu. 4 employees and 3 remakes it's a little ridiculous. This is not an issue at any other Starbucks but this one. In the 30 minutes I watched several employees make other employees drinks and serve them right in the metal tumblers not even put in cup. I saw employees coming in to get their checks and the ones working stop helping customers to bs with their co-workers.

I had to repeat my order to the girl taking it no less than 5 times. 2 venti iced white mochas. To be served 2 hot mochas. In the remake one was right and the other was an iced Americano. So on the next remake it was so overshot with mocha it was not drinkable.

I have no photos..... imagine confused shocked angry face. Although I didn’t order anything, I did come through the drive thru. After sitting at McDonald’s and getting trapped in the drive thru for 17 minutes, only to learn my dollar coffee wasn’t a dollar ONLY at this franchise....driving on the closed highway through smoke and fire (I was one of those lucky ones who was already on it...AaaHHHH) and the kids screaming and me irritated, the dog barking—-deciding to ‘do the drive thru’ to prevent more stress but increase my caffeine levels which were extremely low and more children screaming. My stress causing impatience and my dog barking loudly. I replied to your light mood, funny jokes, kindness and “What” with an “I’m just going to drive away” and apologized. Being showered with an abundance of “good day” karma was a wonderful addition. Thanks. I did turn off at the next rest area and surprisingly slept for 2 hours!! Thanks! I added a completely...

Multiple negative experiences including now hair in my coffee !!! updated on 2/7/2019 Keep giving the benefit, tried again, opened the cup to reheat when I got home...HAIR, little black hair on the inside of the cup!!! SO DISGUSTING, couldn't drink it...

Update! This morning and a morning last week was treated extremly rude i guess i should stop expecting anything good out of this place. is why I write this review from waiting what seems like forever in line with only one car ahead of me to wrong orders and then today... Was told yesterday that if i buy ANY drink and show that receipt I would get a sandwich for $3 come in today to use this deal and after paying get told it doesn't work with the coffee i ordered....well why tell me the day before ANY DRINK! ? I WOULD HAVE CHANGED MY ORDER BEFORE I PAID AND GOT GOOD COFFEE ACROSS THE STREET BY SHELL GAS. Done with...
