Waited for 4 minutes while employees were working in the back. I could see them through the ovens with two-sided glass doors, so I know they could see me. One guy showed up in the prep area off the front serving section, and I asked him if he could sell me a pizza. He said, "I could, but I'm cooking." So I asked, "is there anyone else who works here?" He did not answer. A young woman with ear buds in, talking to someone on FaceTime, presently showed up. I told her what pizza I wanted, and then she asked, "anything else?" I pointed to the two sauces I had on the counter. She said, "Eight - ." I said, "what?". Looking at me with a confused look, she says "anything else?" "Just these two sauces, please....What did you say, 8 ...how much"?), I ask. "$8.55," she said, louder. "Anything else?" Oh, brother, I think. Her phone is on the counter in front of her with a boy talking on the screen. She made the right change, but I don't think she charged me for them. The pizza was $7.xx and the sauces were $.94 each. It should have been closer to $10. But, I wasn't going to attempt to have any more unintelligible conversation with this uninvolved individual. Can we not find any good workers? Can we attempt to train people in customer service? Have we, as a society, dropped so low in courtesy to each other we can't be bothered to say PLEASE, THANK YOU, and the dreaded, MAY I HELP YOU? Read moreI have such a review for this place. On APRIL 12 I ordered dinner for my family. My fridge had broken and it was the day before payday. I ordered online from little caesars I wasn't aware they contract doordash to deliver which is annoying already considering after service fee and delivery tip my $23 order became a $37.99 order. The driver stole my food I reported it immediately. They don't replace the food or order so we don't get any dinner. But then they say it will be 10-12 BUSINESS days until I'm refunded. No issue right? SIKE I've been waiting 36 days now and nothing I've called 13 times I've been "escalated" twice "expidited" twice and still nothing. Since I have 13 emails all stating 19-12 days since APRIL 12 I filed a dispute with the bank which says little caesars will not reply to them, they will not reply to doordash, they will not reply to me. Not a single person can get my money back. I'm now waiting on visa to not give little caesars my money and to give it back to the bank to release to me. At this point all I can do is laugh I going to wait 90 days for a multi million dollar company to give me $38 back. Had ordered 4 pizza that had told the manager to make well done when the pizza came out it wasn't cooked right I told the manager that it wasn't done correctly and to put back in oven he really got upset at me for asking him to make it correctly he then started to cussing at me using the f word several times and that he could not put it back in. Called corporate the regional manager got back to me and said she would look into it and that she would contact me in a few days guess what she never did. Contacted corporate several other times and know they are ghosting me even that francisey didn't call me so I think they dont care as much as the manager.
