Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Weirton District

Good food but service could be better. I put my order in online and once completed it said some crazy amount of time for delivery like 2 hours. I tried to call the store multiple times to verify and no answer. I tried the support chat and they instructed me to contact the store. I told them that I couldn't reach the store and they insisted I contact the store. I was constantly retrying the store while.chatting. I told support they were useless and went to the store in person. My order was ready when I arrived and when I confronted them about the delivery time they said it was extended to allow them time to complete their orders. Be weary of this as I do not support that type of behavior. Delivery times should be easier to judge and nobody should have to see a 2+ hour wait just because they want plenty of time to get their orders out. I can't fully say I recommend this location. But if you are like me and have to have Papa John's from time to time I would plan it...

Wow. I just ordered pick up for a large stuffed, med cheese, and a papadia. I chose the pick up option, because I know that this location lacks the ability to deliver a pizza warm, or in a timely fashion. They said 20 minutes and it would be ready. O leave 25 minutes later to get the order.i get there and they don't even know where my food was or the status of it when they finally found it 10 minutes later, they said they were still waiting on stuffed crust. I sat there for over an hour patiently waiting for my food so I can go feed the family waiting at home. Finally, I asked AGAIN, about the pizza. another 10 min later they found my order, complete, roasting over the heat in the waiting area. Worst thing is I was there to get an order they messed up over a month ago. I love the products that Papa John's has to offer. But this place seriously needs some attention from corporate... would not recommend. Wish I could...

This is by far the absolute WORST papa johns or really any pizza place i have ever encountered On multiple occasions they place our pickup orders in the delivery section so when we go to pick it up. Our order can’t be found. We are always told twenty minutes yet it takes upwards of two hours to receive below par food. Honestly I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. We have asked for refunds and been told they could give us a credit. All the while when we call in for that credit they refuse to answer the phones. They will sit and stare at the phone as it’s ringing and have no worry for food quality service or customer service Every time I’ve spoken to an employee or a manager they always have a not so nice tone As if me wanting the food I pay for to be edible is a burden to them.
