My wife and I stopped by this place for the 7th anniversary celebration. We are from the neighboring state and wanted a weekend out, best decision we have made in a while for entertainment. Food was amazing both from the caterer they hired and from the selection of food they offered “in house”. The service was top notch, friendly, expedient and the alcohol content in the drinks was definitely higher than any other bars I have been to (it’s a thing for bars to water down drinks to save money/doesn’t happen here). Great place, great atmosphere, and great people. The owners are friendly, the staff is on top of things. The beer is cold, and they even have a bike night on Thursday evenings and provide some food as well. Bike parking is right up front, and naturally you will always see the owners bike parked out front. Owned by a Veteran, Biker, and a returning hometown couple. This is a great little place with good drinks and friendly bartenders. I stop in every time I'm in the Welaka area. They have decent bands on the weekends the place is biker friendly and just generally good ole country folks hangin' out. I would have given 5 stars, except they charge you to use a credit card. If my bar tab is $50, I shouldn't have to pay $51. I could see if it was maybe $10 or less; I know the bar owner has to pay the card companies, but you should figure that in with the price beforehand. Call me petty, you wouldn't be the first....
