I felt like I was in a old 70s pizza place decently priced food and decent customer service, I do see it as a cost effective and easy walk in date night food while you walk around Wellington and see the old architecture, I do want to say that the workers who served me did a great job but I will say the guy who placed my order really seemed stressed out, it was my fiancé and I’s first time in so I had never really looked at the menu and it seemed like he was really in a rush to take my order I understand being busy but just kinda felt rushed to order which was a bit overwhelming. The food is pretty accurately priced it’s cheap food and the taste could be considered the same. Could use a remodeling to make the restaurant feel more lively like get rid of the cheap wall paneling and let’s see some brick it’s a pizza place that would look so nice! Also move the fountain machine from the corner I feel like a employee going behind the counter to...
Read moreI went into pizza house with a group of friends about an hour before they closed and I bought dominos before everyone decided they wanted to go there so I brought my pizza in with full intent that if there was a problem I would stop eating the pizza, so we sat down and my friends got their orders taken (which they ordered food and drinks) after that I ate a few pieces of my pizza then a worker named James asked me to not eat anymore which I respected, I stopped eating, closed the box and continued talking with my friends turned out James called the owner right after asking me to stop and about 5 minutes later the owner came in and started screaming at me to get out, I was never disrespectful to her or any of the employees so simply asking me to leave would of been more than enough but instead she decided to storm in and scream at me to cause a scene so they just lost...
Read moreI always order pizza uncut so It has time to settle and cool a bit. I always make sure to specify "Don't cut it!" at least twice! It's always the last thing I say before ending the call. So I picked up a pie one day, opened the box, and it had been cut. I pointed out to the young kid that I had ordered uncut, he offered to make another one, but I said never mind, I'll take it. Big mistake, it was a sloppy mess! A week later I ordered another pizza, uncut, and told the order taker to absolutely not cut the pie! Went to pick it up and sure enough, there sat a freshly sliced and ruined pie! I told the kid that I was done as their customer and bon appetit' with the pizza! It's a shame because that was pretty decent pizza but if you can't trust a kitchen to make your food as you order it there's a lot of other things you can't...
