I stopped in to use the restroom and grab something to eat before I got back on the road for my 1 hour 40 minute drive. I was not greeted when I entered the building. When I got in line there was one person in front of me and she had a big lunch order for work. There were three ladies behind the counter one at the register, the other just standing, the third making the subs. Not once was I acknowledged, though I was directly looked at. While this large order was being taken no one stepped in to help with that one nor to start my order. I've been to subway franchises that are BUSY BUSY and when it's like that whoever had a free hand gloved up and helped get orders down the line. A gentleman walked in to grab an online order and was greeted when he got his order. The two ladies not doing work never bothered to do anything but talk to one another. Finally I just walked out. I don't wanna sound suspicious but I think my color may have had something to do with it. I will never return and even though they're the only subway in town I really don't think anyone should give them their business. VERY...
Read moreI came in today around noon. I ordered 2 subs and my greeting from Logan was AMAZING! His customer service skills are amazing and he seems to know what he is doing. The woman next to him. Her name was Amanda? Or Amy? Was not so nice. She did not smile and kept complaining about a fight she had with her husband. She was rude to the other staff members and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. This is how she is every time I’m in there. AND THEN I found out she was the new ASSISTANT MANAGER. As a former manager of 3 subway stores, she is absolutely not what a Subway should have as their face. She’s rude, unpersonable, lazy, and all around a dull addition to your subway family. My advice, fire her, and find someone else. Or better yet, take that young kid Logan and promote him, he was great!!

Read moreFrom the moment I walked in to the moment I paid and walked out the store manager Nichole did nothing but bash her crew for not prepping enough for the evening rush…. If my memory serves me right the morning crew is supposed to prep for evening crew and night crew preps for morning crew….. you can’t possibly keep a store manager that constantly talks about having a freak out moment… the customers do not care that you can’t handle your position stop trying to make yourself look good when it’s your responsibility to make sure you are prepped and I don’t k ow maybe smile and be polite to the customers trying to buy food overall this was a bad...
