Wendy's — Restaurant in Wellston

October 3rd. 7:50 a.m.I highly recommend don’t go to Wendy’s in Jackson Ohio. Not only the food sucks, so does the waitresses and the voiceless manager.She screwed the order up try blame it on the kids,then when we did get it,,the French toast sticks was hard as a rock on both ends slightly burnt, wasn’t even worn enough to eat,had to be setting somewhere after it come out the oven or how they heated up, the potato bites. They was warm enough to eat. Only thing I could say that was really good was a pop that come out of the fountain that you served yourself. No mistake there to be made unless the fountain wasn’t working right .there’s a boy dancing in the back he finally ran into something and knocked something over,so that ended his dancing.the manager stood beside the waitress while the waitress,poor, looking thing it look like she came out of the crackerjack box without the crackers they didn’t have nothing all good to say Try blame the order that was messed up on the kids how rude so bypass Wendy’s in Jackson Ohio that’s why I haven’t went there for a long time because of the rumors as I heard which I do believe now before I didn’t but I found out myself.. Before this ordeal I went to Wendy’s and got a bowl of chili about three weeks ago instead, I got a bowl beans. How nasty that was. straight to the trashcan. I took that. so I thought I’d try another Wendy’s in Athens Ohio just to see if that’s how they make their chili. There chili had nothing but about all beans , and little bit of juice just enough to make it wet.well that’s how they do it in Jackson Ohio but in Athens Ohio I got a true bowl of chili it came with beans, onions, bits, and pieces tomato, like chili should be made highly recommend the one in Athens Ohio, but look out if you’re in Jackson Ohio all those rumors I’ve heard over the years is getting...

Unless you want what you ordered stay away. Not what they think you ordered. Stay away stay far away! I was told oh we thought you wanted this instead. So we changed you order. I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches not to Crispy Chicken. Now we are goung go to school. Say it with me, "SPICY" ok now say "CRISPY." Do they sound the same. I don't believe so. Then you tell them the messed up. Oh no we didn't this is what we thought you wanted. Then I'm told I can pay for the correct sandwiches. So what I'm being told I had to pay for the 2 sandwiches I DIDN'T order. Then turn around and pay for the correct sandwiches. Don't think so. Then your crew member juat says have a nice day and shuts the window. Oh heck no. So now I will just take this issue straight up the chain and if need be I will take my issue to the Corporate Office. I have been in several times in the last week and a half i have had to watch several people walk out because of lack of performance out of certain employees i have tried to talk to the manager before but they did not want to talk I had to walk out twice because of standing at the front counter for over 12 minutes without anyone acknowledging me being there and another day someone did acknowledge me but still did not serve me, i called in and tried to get the phone number for corporate and they refused to give it to me the manager cannot run the store for anything i would not recommend anyone going there if you want somewhere to eat in Wellston i would recommend the new bistro, the Mexican food place, or the Chinese place i give them a -5 rating i had to put 1 star but...
