McDonald's — Restaurant in Wellsville

Sorry, normally this store is on top of everything. But for the last cpl months or so, somethings way off. The orders, all three meals, have been either wrong or stuff is missing. The service has been really slow. I'm talking about sitting in the drive thru for 10 min or so. Sometimes pulling out front to wait and thinking they forgot we were there. Which really sucks if you have frozen drinks for a take out order. They are melted before you get your food. It seems the new and mostly younger employees have brought these problems on. Are there too many new faces on a crew at one time? I don't know, but they seem to have no sense of urgency or responsibility. Hopefully, this location comes back around sooner than later. I know everyone starts somewhere, but the generation doesn't get it. I bet if the lazy employees inside were the ones sitting outside waiting while watching the lack of effort inside they would be the first to complain. Overall, food is still top notch for McDonald's, when your order is correct. it's normally clean if you go in. Just expect a little wait sometimes and ALWAYS double check your order before leaving. ........I wrote this review while waiting on an order for 3...

I'd have to say, literally the worst food out of the many I've been to. Yes it was peak rush at lunch but that was no excuse for all my sandwiches to have dried out(flaking apart) and SMASHED buns, drenched in grease with little to no ketchup or mustard. As well as the taste, it was off...almost like it came from a dirty grill and yes I know they don't grill em but it still had that taste. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and only managed to get 1 and a half down before I gave up and out of curiosity I looked at the other two and yep, they were just as disgusting looking as the first two.... that being said, fries were hot and fresh and the speed of the drive thru was surprisingly quick considering...

Went inside mcdonals and ordered two eggmcmuffins was 9am someone yelled from the back for me to park as if I was in the drive through window I laughed and told the clerk I'll go park myself then 15 mins go by other customers by then have ordered their meals and have already began to eat I then went to the counter and asked what was going on they then had no idea I was still waiting for my food it was like I was in a twilight zone finally got my food she did give me a apple pie which was hot and good and my muffin wasn't burnt like normal so my sandwiches were actually better than normal so that's why I'm giving 3 star good luck out...
