No bueno para mi y mi familia. No biz here. I'm unpleased with the way my family and I were treated at this establishment. After setting up my workspace, the owner approached us as she watched us, instead of leaving the premises. She questioned our intentions, watched us to ensure we were paying customers. This made me feel unwelcome and I decided to leave after she pressured me in questioning us. I believe that this incident reflects a lack of judgment on the part of the owner. As a local resident and potential customer, I expect to be treated without judgement and not be demanded to buy on your time. This shows lack in abundance to demand of me, I watch and study your business first, before I decide if I'm going to bring my business here. This was my first time stopping at this coffee shop. It’s right down the street from where I work, very convenient, at first when you walk in you think it’s going to be just a little hole in the wall coffee shop, but to my surprise it is two stories. They have a sitting area on the second floor with a great view. They have separate rooms if you have a study group and they have a cozy little area to sit down and read I have to say I was truly surprised and I will continue to get my coffee there, fantastic atmosphere. I love this place. My daughter and I walk to this spot at least twice a week. I love all their options and unique flavors. They offer boba add-ons for the boba lovers out there. And the staff is nothing short of amazing. Always welcoming and friendly. They have book shelves with some interesting finds. The atmosphere is very chill and the lighting is warm and not too bright. Ordering ahead through the clover app is also available for when you're in a hurry which is very convenient. Thank you Black Brew for all that you do....
