I LOVE KPMM they have been in my life since I took the boot camp class with the wonderful Debra Gelman then I continued to the Mommy&me classes with the Amazing Mrs. Donna Baker and of course whenever I get a chance Pam pace is a god sent and always has the answer to every problem you could have being a parent of multiplies! Now I'm a mom of just turned 4 mono/di identical twin girls they are actually the profile picture of them on their first birthday as thing 1 and thing 2 but I cannot say enough at how amazing it feels to donate and be able to give back to other moms as well as be able to shop and get advice from moms who have been thru what you are going thru. I don't know how the ones with triplets and quads have done it a bow down to you! But yes I have been a single mother since day 1 to my Gemma and Giana only one minute apart so of course Gemma thinks shes the boss and Giana is my cuddler! Time definitely flies and I have to say if it wasn't for KPMM idk where I would be Today! Lisa Laureno and Ashley?(smashley olson) lol sorry and all the pace girls are amazing! Also irene wise taught me how to knit and crochet and now I actually have my own little home business out of it! You can't beat the prices @KPMM you can't beat the courtesy of staff I feel like they are family and you get a chance to make long forever lasting relationships with these women! Whoever hasn't hear or been to keeping pace with multiple miracles, you haven't lived yet! LOL best wishes Sincerely Kayla Ciliberto and Gemma and...
Read moreThis store is a great place for low income mamas to get what they need. I do love and appreciate this store. However, I feel that they’re price gouging some items. For example, I bought a Cookie Monster rattle still in the package for $3. I used to call my grandfather “cookie” as a kid so I became attached to it and couldn’t part with it. A few weeks later at the dollar store, I see this exact item. I understand as a business they need to make money however I was disappointed that I could’ve gotten that rattle at the dollar store for $1.25 and paid $3 at Keeping Pace. I was also disappointed that I donated a bunch of pumping parts, cleaned and sterilized, and the woman working there gladly took them from me. I found out the next day they do not accept pumping parts that aren’t in the original packaging! I would’ve kept them had I been told this to find another low income mama like myself who could’ve used them. Who knows what they’re doing with those parts, probably recycling them. I’m rating 3 stars because I do love this store and they do wonderful things but I’ve had a few experiences there that have upset me. There was also a mama looking for a specific item on their Facebook page and I commented where she could find this item for cheap elsewhere because keeping pace commented saying they didn’t have it. My comment was removed by admin! So much for helping out the community. Seems that they’re only concerned with profit....
Read moreI really love the store and what they offer- and have gone for years, but the attitude and unwillingness to help from the staff the past few days just rubbed me the wrong way. I called and asked about an item and the staff member was unwilling to help me look and see if they had it available. I then asked on the Facebook group and I got no response. I called again and was told they “got a bunch in”. I went in the store (45 min drive for me) and I was directed to an area where they had none of the item I was looking for besides maybe 1 or 2 that were not going to fit and were WAY off on the sizing I asked for. I know what I was looking for was a hot ticket item, so although I was upset I understood. I tried going around the store because I took a long trip over. The entire time I am followed and anything I would touch or look at was aggressively readjusted. It just felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional to feel like I can’t look at anything without messing up the store. I understand that it must be frustrating taking care of a lot of inventory with just a few staff members but it was uncomfortable. It was uncomfortable enough that I left without purchasing anything. I’d love to come back but I’m not sure after that I would feel...
