If I can give this place no stars I would I went there with my kids to get ice cream and slushes. We have been there before and one of my children is non-dairy diet, and the ice cream was fine the last time we went. But this particular day when we ordered our nondairy ice cream it had an off taste to it . My niece wanted to switch it out for a regular one. At first one girl said it was okay to SWITCH it out no problem. When it was time to go another employee wanted to ring me up . I told her the other icecream had an off taste and my kid didn’t even eat it . She told me i still had to pay for it because “non dairy is expensive” and “ you can’t get another one just because she didn’t like it” . This girl was very rude and unprofessional . She had an attitude when i asked where was the customer service . Any other place wouldn’t of charged for bad icecream . After that she slammed the window in me and my children face and laughed . I will NEVER go back there again, a bunch of young girls not knowing what they are doing and they have no customer service skills . If they had just switched out my kids icecream without charging me AGAIN, i would of actually went back for service . But they lost this customer . Good luck and...

My 6 year old daughter has a sever anaphylactic allergy to dairy. The staff members that are very accommodating when taking her order. Especially Evan and Liz! They are the ones that I feel most comfortable ordering her dairy-free ice cream. They go above and beyond to make my daughter what ever she wants without making her feel any "different". I am personally at ease when I see them behind the counter and will wait for them to take my order because I know my daughter is in good hands! Although every member of the team is always incredibly nice and welcoming. They take their time with each customer even it the line is wrapped around the building you will never feel...

I usually love this place and go here all the time for pickup orders. The ice cream has always been great, and up until recently I’ve never had any issues. Unfortunately, the last couple of times my experience hasn’t been the same.

The ice cream has been completely melted by the time I get home, even though I picked it up and brought it straight back like I always do. Today was even worse—it was ice cream soup and the portion was noticeably smaller than what I usually receive for a sundae.
