Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in West Bridgewater

Unfortunately when i went only 1 employee was there. He seemed very nice however he was already with a couple activating their service and setting them up. Waited for 40 minutes before more people came in and the line was growing. I understand staffing issues. However It just seems silly to run a phone shop on a Saturday with only one person when setting someone up can easily take 45 minutes to an hour for new customers. Im sure the employee is a hard worker . He seemed to be really helping the couple he was with so this isn't against him . But for my own experience having to wait 40 minutes at least and still not having help to making a purchase isn't ideal. I ended up leaving , likely won't go back. There just simply needs to be more available people when it is such a heavily customer...

I love this place and Derrick was awesome. My stylo 3 died and I just wanted my sim card to go into a temporary phone so I could have a phone until the phone I wanted was available for purchase, but I did not have my pin number and the Taunton store said It could not be done and I would have to lose my business number and get a new one. I called the West Bridgewater store and they said that they could help and help they did. Derick deserves a raise!!! and 15 minutes later I walked out with my sim card in my temporary phone. I will be buying the new phone (Samsung A53) as soon as it arrives in store. I will also buy whatever accessories I need here even If I have to order and wait for them. I will come here for anything mobile...

My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer...
