Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Chester Township

It's OK most times sometimes I have to tell them how to make a certain shake and then have to accept it as is because they did try to make it correctly and they were probably new or not sure if they had been there long. It was a hot fudge sundae milkshake... do the sundae as a milkshake for some is confusing and I will say that today both were made correctly but the last time it was made with chocolate shake and hot fudge and I am not sure what the difference is because I am not going to act like I know the ingredients but I do know the taste and it was different than what I was used to... no biggie I am supposed to share experiences and be true with it. And that said I think that was chocolate and hot fudge but missing something like I said not sure what but taste seemed different than the other many many times and I'm not saying it was bad I was just saying it was made different from the last times and today so it is probably gonna be a good time for you to enjoy the ice cream...

I gave this DQ a 5 star rating, because there is something to be said for kindness and above average service. I read some of the disappointing reviews by a few customers. While it's easy to come on here and complain it is just as easy to say good things. I arrived at this DQ about 1:30pm. There were 3 vehicles in front of me. However when I began my order, the young lady working drive thru said if you are speaking, I can't hear you. So a young man came out to the speaker, took my order and relayed it to her thru the headset. While there was a mistake with my order, I called the restaurant and the manager took my name and number and said they would give me the missing items on my next visit. Their food is always hot, and their ice cream and toppings...

I ordered my daughter's birthday ice cream cake late (I needed it for the next day birthday party) I was wanting a Minnie Mouse theme unfortunately they didn't have anything on hand in Minnie so I settled for a Mickey Mouse. The staff actually went above and beyond and surprised me when I picked up my cake they had went out of there way And got some Minnie Mouse figurines and decorated a beautiful ice cream cake for my 3 year old. I am grateful for the awesome customer service and of course delicious cake 😋 definetly...
