Had a really rude experience. I asked to get my coffee remade because I wanted iced and the lady was rude. Stating to me, with a side eye, “you didn’t ask for iced but ok.” Then went to her coworker “she wanted ICED.” In a mocking tone and her coworker asking which lady and her pointing at me saying “That freakin woman” and when I confronted her about making fun of me and why she was mocking me she claimed she was just “joking around” with her coworker “we’re like brother and sister, we weren’t making fun of you” and cackling at me. I don’t think making fun of someone in front of them at my expense is a joke, especially when you make it very obvious that I can hear it. Specialty drinks and good food. Recently went through the drive thru on Wednesday BOGO day and used my rewards card to get points for the 1 drink that would be purchased (not knowing I was due for a free drink). They used my free drink on my rewards card instead of their BOGO deal. :( so I lost a free drink & it took 12 drinks to get there! I’m a little disappointed they didn’t offer me my BOGO since that’s what I was intensionally there for and had also mentioned it while ordering. I feel like my free rewards drink was taken from me. I could have done their BOGO today and got my free drink on another day.

The staff here was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful when I came in to retrieve a doordash order that was 21 cups of coffee in total. They did not want to double up drink carriers even though I showed them they were almost snapping in half when picked up. They did not want to allow me to use a catering bag to move drinks, although I have been doing this job for over 5 years and this isn't my first time doing an order of this nature.
