Never go this this subway . Of all the subways to go too this should be your last resort ... management is absolutely atrocious and the complete reason for the terrible nature of this subway franchise . how they treat their staff and customers is so uncharacteristic of other subway locations I have experienced that it leaves me with a sick feeling in my stomach and a strong feeling to stand up for myself and the other customers expressing their unheard and unaddressed concerns listed below .
I am so surprised that even after all the negative reviews and incidents with this subway franchise , that Subway corporate would allow them to continue to do business . Which is starting to become a reflection of the subway Corporation as a whole and how they really treat or feel about their customers comments and concerns .
Food is really OLD and un fresh . I’ve had a couple of sandwiches that made me sick . MANAGEMENT should be ashamed of themselves. Store is often unclean . Food they sell looks unhealthy and gross .like the food they put in their sandwich’s looks way past the expiration date .

At first I felt like she was giving me attitude and she probably was but she never said anything rudely she was probably overwhelmed, I get it she was training another guy while taking orders, I had a very long order, she had customers waiting she was crazy multi tasking. She managed to get all my orders right plus got the online orders well the other guy did it but she was watching. I really admired her work she never lost I should of asked her for her name but here I am I didn't have any cash on me just enough for the sandwiches I got $3 back and tip that but honestly she was great I think she deserves a shout out for her work maybe just next time speak a bit more professional then annoyed lol because the others customers felt that vibe 2 but hey they weren't in her shoes. I pulled into the parking lot and walked to the other door to greet my niece who was joining us for lunch. According to the Innovative Parking Solutions employee, I parked at 1:29 pm and he finished booting us at 1:33 pm. My daughter had returned to the car to retrieve her jacket, but they did not stop booting my car. She came to get me, but he had finished putting the boot on.
