Based on the other reviews it looks like this Dunkin' Doughnuts has not done anything to improve their customer service levels. Here is my story from earlier today.
I went into the drive through and ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel and a large coffee. When I go up to the drive thru window, the manager hands me a coffee and an egg and cheese wrap. I told the manager that the order was incorrect and she gets snooty stating "well the receipt says this is what you ordered." I explained to the manager that irrespective of what the receipt said, the receipt was incorrect. I had ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel. Her reply was "well I'm going to have to charge you more for it," which is fine. If I ordered an item then charge me for that item.
She got upset about the fact that I was fine with her charging me more and that I was more focused on her fixing the order. She was hoping I would say that I didn't want to pay more and accept the incorrect order. She then proceeds to say "so you want a plain bagel and plain cream cheese, right?" I replied, "no, that's incorrect. I said it four times now, I would like an egg and cheese on a plain bagel." She got further upset that I corrected her. She proceeds to make the order. After making the order she shoves it out the window towards me, gives me dirty look, and doesn't apologize or communicate with me any further.
I'm sorry you suck at your job and/or your hate your job. But, its your job so learn to do it correctly. Furthermore, understand that I am a paying customer and I am requesting a product from you. I expect you to make that product, deliver it to me, treat me with respect and dignity, and apologize if you made an error. That is what good customer service is about and that is how you retain customers. It's what I would do for my customers. There are tons of Dunkin' Doughnuts around this area and if you keep up with your funky attitude and bad service, I wouldn't be surprised if you keep...

I went on Oct 18, 21 i ordered ny latte, croissant n hashbrowns. When is time to pay is like $6+. I ask why? Shes like YOU ordered 2 lattes!... I was like no i didnt i said 1. Shes like yes u did! With an attitude. So im like no i ordered 1 medium... She cuts me off, and literally yelling. Tells me "I KNOW WHAT YOU ORDER CAN YOU JUST STOP TALKING SO I CAN FIX THIS JUST STOP TALKING"
extremely rude!!! Honestly if someone should be mad is ME bc orher than they took 15mins, they over charge me and im patiently waiting for her to talk to me like that. I get it, they are short staff, NOT my fault!!!.

Read moreI will never go back this store. I was a loyal customer of this Dunkin Donuts store for many years. There was an employee who was very rude to me at the drive thru window. I went inside to talk with manager about the poor customer service. Manager was not there at the time. Ask another employee for the mangers phone #. Then the rude employee walked away from her station and started to swear at me many times. Telling me to leave the store in a threatening manner.
