Shocked at the unprofessionalism at this DQ. The child that worked the register served a blizzard that was entirely melted. It had the consistency of creamer pulled right out of the refrigerator. When I questioned the consistency she blamed me for what I had ordered despite the fact that I wasn't even asking for a refund. I was just expressing my displeasure because it was more than odd to be handed a blizzard that was so clearly just liquid. She immediately started blaming the fruit that my wife asked to be placed in our kids blizzard and said we should have known better because fruit makes blizzards more "liquidy". The blizzard that I was talking about was a medium Butterfinger, but it didn't matter because she would rather take out her own personal anger issues with random customers. I tried speaking with the manager who immediately joined in the team member mocking my family and I when we asked for their names. Just avoid this place entirely, wasted $20 just to throw some melted ice cream in the trash because I couldn't get my money back. If you're the owner you need to restaff because selling spoiled goods and then refusing a refund is just bad business. I would also recommend a more thorough screening process to avoid hiring people with anger issues that think it's okay to take it out on random customers. Just read the other reviews for proof. I ordered a blizzard and asked if they could put s'more candy pieces inside and they looked at me with such confusion so I told them my order again and the girl said okay. Almost 5 minutes later she comes back confused as ever we can't do that here. I asked her why not and she couldn't give me an answer. Another older lady came to the window and told me I had to pay extra for that because they don't give out things for free, I've been around long enough to realize nothing in this world is really free so I obviously knew that and even had the extra .50 cents in my hand. The girl working said to park and she would bring it out to us. We waited for 28 min. I went in to see if there was a problem. The sack was sitting on the counter and cold. This is BS in my opinion.
