Subway — Restaurant in West Columbia

This has seriously got to be the absolute worst subway I have ever been to. West Columbia is a small town with not many “healthy” out to eat options. My Family and I are very busy. We work and go to school in a whole other town. We used to go to Subway at least once a week. Now we’re lucky if we step foot in there once a month. And when we do we turn around and walk right back out. They are always out of bread. Or out of vegetables. Or out of meat. Nine out of 10 times it is so gross in there. Cross-contamination is a huge problem. It is normally around 6 to 7 PM at night that we go in. The evening shift is always blaming everything on the dayshift. Everyone is always on their phone. With nothing cleaned. I have complained to the general manager several times but nothing seems to change. Tonight we went in there and there was a sign on the door that said they were out of bread and they were closed. I saw bread and asked if they were out. She told us that the bread in the warmer was not cooked properly. And the rest was frozen. This was at 6pm. Absolutely crazy. This place needs a manager and staff that want to actually make sales. It’s past ridiculous. When things are some what right they will argue with you about what you want. It’s an argument just to have a veggie sandwich. That and they never give the right amount of meat. It’s sad that i would rather drive a town over than even see if they are able to...

I absolutely love Subway food. However, this particular store is awful! We’ve actually given it many chances just hoping that we came on a “bad day”. Not the case. Unprofessional staff. Seems most are either not trained properly or just don’t care! They have all the chairs on the tables over an hour before closing time every single day, you can see it through the windows. Tonight specifically, the girl named Makayla was sweeping under our feet in the only spot we could sit (at the bench table). They were out of many items. They emptied the trash cans 40 minutes before closing and we had no place to throw away our trash. Out of ice. The Manager might want to pay a visit to the store in the evenings especially. Pitiful, we will make the drive to the next town from now on.

Stopped in around 3:30 this afternoon to pick up some dinner for myself for work. Everything went fine with getting my sandwich and chips, but I asked for a large drink also. When I went to put ice in my cup the lady behind the counter says we don't have any ice. I said I wouldn't have ordered a drink if i knew that. So I went to fill my Cup with tea. I barely got half a cup. I know it's kind of petty to complain about this, but damn. All you have to do is make me my sandwich and make sure there is ice and drinks! That's your buisness!
